I think Sony runs us into the mud and makes a chump change offer, so I am all for your wisdom and planning.
Yeah, but Tokman has been trying to hit this since February. His whole career here has been dilution and new lows, why should it change?
Exactly right Wisker, how could he not be prepared. Any one of us could of done a better job. Shaved one third off the market cap and we might not be done yet. All the education in the world can't guarantee common sense.
I agree, but this guy has to be held accountable. The hottest tech in the CE space and a patent portfolio worth zip? Leaving the company promotion to our customers? No up dates for investors? No progress on smaller, brighter, more efficient? Where is View Smart, Pico Bit? Bricks and mortar? Overseas sales? Using our tech? Don't know a less caring CEO. He invites the beating shareholders have to absorb. Three bucks is to show what he has done, almost 100% premium to where we are, and that is acceptable to many companies. Take that in for a minute. Ten years and that is what all our money and work has produced under him and his management team. BOD won't spend a dime on shares, a lottery ticket in their opinion? I'ld rather have you run this company and I don't even know you, but you make sense, and that is more than Tokman.
HAB, how do we overcome that. Without PR and with Investor conferences not working worth a dam, how do we get the attention of the investment community? Sony gonna do it for us and put "image by picop" on everything? When I see it in brick and mortar? I surely would like to know because if we are waiting on somebody else to generate interest we will never achieve it with Tokman at the helm. He don't do no stinkin' promo.
All they would have to do is keep us informed on positive advancements. Not asking for violations of NDA's which I don't believe they have in quantity. He gives nothing because of all the past mentions that were nothing in the end. You can only do that until everybody catches on. The whole team stinks. Nobody knows where we are currently, but we do know we are supposed to be smaller, brighter, more efficient. We have heard that many, many times now, but I can't tell you where we are or what the hold ups are keeping us from embedded and having DPL being used in many applications. We need more that Peter and Joe as the sole sources of information. Someone at MVIS should create a job to inform investors.
VOR, it should be obvious to everybody by now that this management team is totally unable to manage this company. There is too much going on not to be able to generate interest among investors. They do conferences designed to boost institutional interest and it drops after they speak. I would like to see the BOD spend $100 each on MVIS shares, just once. Get a clue, they don't care. The are holding free lottery tickets on our money, and that is all they care about. Not a word in all of this carnage. We don't follow the market, Tokman kills us over and over. The source is common sense.
Well, it certainly had an impact today no matter what they are doing. I am stunned that Dr. Kim couldn't answer the CNBC interviewers a question that any INO shareholder could answer better than he did. I didn't see it as an ambush or an organized take down of him, rather an honest question that everybody seems to have. I respect your opinion more than most here, so I would like your time for a moment. INO has a stated goal of curing cancer and infectious diseases and that is why we are all here. Not only for the financial rewards of success, but for the suffering we can eliminate for so many. I came away after watching that blank look on Dr. Kim's face thinking why did it confound him. We seem to have the best treatment for curing the infection, and hence the cause of cancer in many women and so why wouldn't someone question the delay? And having such a great treatment why didn't we start a P3 while waiting for the peer review? Are we going to peer review each and every indication we have? How many women could be saved the anguish of surgery and cancer by advancing 3100 in a timely manner?
I'm sure I am missing something here and would like your analysis just so I can rest a little easier. We need revenue and Institutional Interest as much as any biotech, so the delay has many implications and I believe a cause for the huge swings. He doesn't seem to understand what the street is looking for because he does this over and over again, killing any momentum, and issuing shares at a discount. Give me your thoughts here.
Well, it has been my feeling that there are definitely production problems. Just where they are I do not know. He says it isn't us, so maybe STM, or Mitsu laser package, or Sony, I don't know. The world waiting for smaller, brighter, more efficient? Tokman knows and won't say, but if he is correct it is not us, then it is one of the others. This company stinks as far as shareholder consideration goes. He's been there too long.
