It is up to management and they don't seem to care. I suppose they feel they have done the job with Sony and they are done. Think $2 is certain without management help.
More likely dealing with Sony. The benefits of our tech was evident early on. I think they wanted a lot more from it and Sony is the go to gang for all things Picop.
Been thinking about that patent situation and my investment partner and I think that Sony will be the most likely to carry that flag as it looks to us that they have a lot more to lose than us. I would think they would lend their legal gang to us if needed and may convince folks that it much, much more convenient to license than fight. I only see one takeover candidate and you know who that is. Don't see a good case for anyone else, too easy to deal with the gorilla we have helped create. Just hope the deal is lucrative enough for us because I see Sony being too big for us to compete with. If the royalties are good I won't care. I don't put too much credit in the non-exclusive for that reason. Good seeing you post, got tired of reading the same opinions over and over. You as well cuda.
stupid me, I sold something because I had a 3 to 1 ratio and picked up a few thousand. Hated to do it as I felt I had plenty. Sometimes my stupidity amazes even me.
By the way Dsaur009, Tokman never ceases to amaze me either. What a lousy CC. I think he boarded on being just plain rude to Henry avoiding giving him a decent answer to his questions. Do you think they even give the consequences of their constant avoidance of the issues concerning shareholders a passing thought? I think we are seeing the results of that call having an even bigger effect after the F500 announcement. Can't believe we have gone from $4.23 on the Sony announcement down to where we are eight months later with even more news. They must try really hard because I have never seen a management team so ineffective in my life. Guess that $5 I thought we would see this year is another year off. So goes the saga of Alec Tokman.
Alec Tokman at this stage. We desperately need a promoter, not someone who pizzes off long institutional holders. We need a smooth talking communicator that gets the message across and can present a clear picture.
Too late indeed. He is supposed to reveal that info at CC's and answer the questions posed by attendees. We can not continue to put up with his costly mistakes. He doesn't have the ability to lead this tech and continue the momentum. Sorry, he has been lousy at this for years and we need better at this stage. This whole selloff is on his shoulders.
I've always said Tokman was risking a hostle takeover by not securing more Institutional investors. He is letting Sony do it all and figures Sony sales will eventually drive the pps above that magic $5 mark. He hasn't made any effort in that area in my opinion.
This year had. The opportunity Tokman had to make a real statement. Squandered like all the rest. PPS $100, $200 etc under this CEO was a dream. Now you have to wonder what he is capable of if everything goes right, $5, maybe $7 in a few years? Don't want to guess any more.
There are no peeps out of management and that is one of the issues generating this selloff. We just had a CC and nobody got a decent answer to any questions.
They are too quiet. I think an offer is coming after that terrible CC. Even Tokman can't be that bad. That very well could of been intentional on managements part.
