I wasn't aware of this guy having a reputation for being a the shorts/hedge funds pockets as some have said here......maybe he got a paper bag like shitzstein gets??? the lack of effort on his part to dig deeper is a mystery especially considering he was totally behind the company at prices approaching double from where its currently at??

shes not under pressure from management for anything...its management that's under pressure for prematurely releasing incomplete data and doing it at a really stupid time , 8:00 am. Eva will tell CUR how things go from here on out imo

I do not believe she will present any more data than we already know at this event.....look for ana meeting for the goods IMO in mid april

    Expose Adam Fuerstein

    by fasttimesgrad Mar 24, 2015 8:38 PM Mar 25, 2015 6:29 AM Flag

I highly doubt adam is any of these posters, his ego is way too big for that. If he was active on message boards his user name would be something like adamfuersteins#1 or adamfuersteinbiotechgod . what we have here is his little run of the mill minions who follow what he is paid to bash with their own style of bashing , or piling on via the stock message boards, kind of like a sad version of grateful dead groupies who follow his band around via the internet. No VW buses, no weed they just carry on the torch adam lights. Hell of a way to try and make a living huh?

heres the path...really simple. he puts out little jabbing tweets prior to an event, like he has been doing with CUR..thats the sign to his hedgie buddies that a hatchet job is in the works. whatever "event" he or his handlers are concerned about happens ( in this case topline phase 2 data) buyers come in, the hatchet falls, his hedgie buddies who have been getting ready pile in bottom falls out of stock brown paper bag shows up via courier full of cash for the wonderfully talented, super sharp master of the biotech universe...the guys sucks , plain and simple.

  • by definition "The control arm of a clinical trial may consist of patients receiving a standard-of-care medication, whereas the experimental arm may consist of patients receiving a new type of pill.
Alternatively, the control arm of a clinical trial may consist of patients receiving a placebo pill (i.e., containing no active medication), whereas the experimental arm may consist of patients receiving a new type of pill"

I would love to hear adam suggest exactly what a control arm would consist of? I do not believe there IS a standard of care and its my opinion the fda will not require a control arm and ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT require a placebo arm in this trial. ALS is a death sentence. The company will do MORE procedures to satisfy the FDA, that's IT. This isn't a cholesterol drug trial, I can see the docs now Sorry Mr. or Mrs. patient but you volunteered for this trial ,had a major surgery where you were opened up like a fish BUT you were in the placebo arm that got saline, bye bye. so placebo is OUT find me a trial for ANY device or procedure that involved major surgery that has EVER HAD A CONTROL OR PLACEBO ARM???? adam, if you read this #$%$ post how you would do control...this is not only a procedure trial, its a device trial and its a treatment trial....control arm my #$%$

with all due respect you a re totally full of it. If you don't think for one second that he is not getting compensated in some way you are either very naïve or inexperienced. His article are most always times at a critical juncture in a companies potential upward catalyst. It goes back years, I have seen him work his brand of "journalism" and I say that in the loosest interpretation of the word. He is paid to quell upticks in buyers, timed always with healthy selling by short hedge funds and I am sure naked short sellers. He is the worst of what is on wallstreet IMO. Predators who use fear uncertainty and doubt to shake the nerves of buyers and longs.

here's where the company screwed up in my opinion. 1. They released the info way too early in the morning. 2. Didn't provide enough info .
the news hit, buyers were there, stock traded to over 4.60 on about 200k shares. Then adam tweets volume immediately kicked in and stock dropped like a rock. That IMO was shorts laying it out pre mkt. He did what he did to make sure the stock opened DOWN on healthy volume , makes the news seem bad to the casual observer and to longs. Its down so its not on gainer list, therefore momentum guys are not seeing the news or totally dismissing it as bad.

Imagine this news hit at 10:00 am. Same buying wave comes in, stock starts to move as it did. Its immediately on radar screens across the country because of the move, momentum guys start piling in because of the move, biotech guys get in because although the data isn't complete, enough IS there to see that this is doing something for ALS that hasn't been done before. So then adam tweets it sucks and its not heard as loudly because its up in the real trading mkt, not silly pre-mkt. new buyers are coming in ( instead of sitting there wondering why the stocks dropping like a stone) then selling it off becomes more of a battle. Garr should learn very fast its not only about the science, its about managing his currency ( the stock price)

    Adam Feuerstein is watching CUR

    by velopismo Mar 6, 2015 4:04 PM Mar 7, 2015 7:36 AM Flag

only because he can even begin to manufacture fault with the science...its pretty clear cut that you take people who are on the path to death and radically change that path how can you find fault with that? he will inevitably talk about the invasiveness of the procedure as being an negative factor in the treatment but will never say BUT its better than being DEAD.

guys a fraud pure and simple, he's a financial hit man paid by hedge funds to either promote the hell out of #$%$ their long or bash the hell out of what their short and wrong on...think about it , if your short and you KNOW your right, you want to sell as many shares to the unsuspecting as you can , as HIGH as you can, then one day it all crashes down , because you were right all along and you laugh all the way to the bank. Guys like AF start squawking about a company, you can bet your last dime theres a worried hedgie somewhere that they are wrong....saw it with HGSI and also DNDN...they stunk, were horrible , never will amount to anything at 1 to 3 dollars but at 25 to 35 dollars they were the best things since sliced bread...its all part of their game...and the SEC sits there and does NOTHING....totally amazing

    Legal Update: Post-Trial Briefs Filed

    by fasttimesgrad Jan 17, 2015 3:26 PM Jan 20, 2015 11:30 AM Flag

does it make sense since this is taking so long that the opinion more than likely favors CUR? If he was to simply say that STEM has standing ( the issue of this bench trial) it would seem that would be simple to express then pass it on for the trial. Seems to me the longer it takes the better for CUR

after a quick read it looks to me like Brainstorm may have slowed progression whereas some of the patients we are aware of that CUR treated actually have a reversal in certain aspects of the disease...would this be accurate?
