So we are comparing unintentional civilian attacks to intentional civilian attacks. You want no ground troops and no drones, you basically want us to do nothing. These terrorist #$%$ embed themselves within the civilian population for this reason. You "bite" hook, line and sinker. If you don't want to be on the receiving end of a drone strike, don't live with terrorists.
