Rational explanation. Unfortunately, the phosphate mining is not a direct subsidiary so its profits do not directly attribute to Omex's top or bottom line except in the way of inferred value unless profit sharing or distributions are made; Other than selling a direct stake which decreases long term ownership. Still very difficult to place a multiple on OMEX. However, the phosphate date does put a significant monkey wrench in the short thesis. Time will tell.
Cannot imagine that trial would not fill up quick given the penetrance of HSV in US alone and it's attached stigmata -- still an STD
Agree in all aspects, except do not anticipate the HMS Victory approval anytime soon. At this time the capacity to earn more than a day rate is at the Central America. I suspect there is the capacity for a big haul at the HMS victory but it is not proven as of yet. Once odyssey commits to the excavation of the Victory they are sucked in for a while there too.
This will be a long term salvage given archaeological significance of the wreck and will require significant site work. The way that Omex handles this is going to impact decisions made on the VICTORY by the British government. anticipate a lang and mult-season process.
Who knows who could have poked around including the US Navy or even Odyssey themselves while working on the republic.
Clearly disproves the Meson thesis. I suspect this is one of the commodity contracts that they could not announce secondary to court proceedings. Port Nichelson? which should be a significantly more difficult find since the platinum is never been formally located according to public knowledge.
As a long term investment, I wonder if successfull negotiation of SS Central America would put them in position to secure the salvage for the Port Nichelson.
Do not assume it is a steel ripping tool that is required to do the job. OMEX may not have been entirely candid on what is required to access the mantola. Could be a saw attachment or even an A-frame and a deep water wench(comments could get sloppy really fast) for internal leverage.
for yervoy to work there is an immunologic basis for melanoma. It about having the right lock and key in the right environment. Allovectin was not simply placebo. Still hope that it could work in combination. Vical has lost all credibility to run a trial for melanoma at this point.
If this goes belly up would really like to be re-imbursed in product. Couple vectors and a R4 would at least take some sting away. Only small amount
I think much of the problem for OCZ is sourcing NAND anyways. Seems pretty clear the Toshiba alignment is moving forward. The question is OCZ going to stand as an independent subsidiary. Monday is the date that will show what the market place is willing to pay. I can't imagine MU, Dell throwing in a bid if not just to raise the purchase for Toshiba.
I do not understand why this is not possible. It was clearly established by Dr Emmett Brown that 1.21 Jiggawatts could be placed in the back of a DeLorean in the mid 80's. Certainly by now with the silicon revolution that a 10 MW generator could be made portable.
If I remember right he said that the hold on the G that contained the silver was blown up and all the silver was scattered across the ocean floor. But is reality Omex retrieved all but 3 bars of the insured bars
Never intended to be complete eradication of latent virus, but will treat after the fact disease. It is still an immunization which will require boosters.
