last spring microsoft said the next generation of xbox was going disk-less. It was part of the phenom that drove OCZ to 10. This topic was heavily discussed at that time. Do not suspect anything for that platform to support standard SSD. Suspect this will be a variation of mini-pcie. Whether it is OCZ or an other hardware supplier is still in the works. I find it vary odd that vertex 4's are harder to find on the netailers and the price of the vectors are going up in the presence of increased competition. Somethings up.

The fallacy in this is that 3 FDA safety checks over 4-5 yrs occurred in which a minimum of equivalency is present between the 2 groups. DTIC has been shown to extend OS in melanoma, therefore at a minimum A-7 has some effect in extending OS on average. In no way can AF state that a-7 is ineffective as a melanoma tx without looking at the trial data. With a very benign safety profile it has a place in the oncologist treatment options particularly with senior citizens.

As much antagonistic responses given by VO, Is suspect this is the fairest/realistic ranges given yet. My range on this which is just a back of the envelope gestalt is chemo OS=16 A-7 OS= 36. This study passed 3 safety inspections which means that no treatment arm was performing worse than expected on a traditional average basis, otherwise the study would have been halted. If during those safety checks even if DTIC performed better than expected, FDA would have had an ethical obligation to stop the study and vice versa. Where A-7 picks up longevity is in the subset of responders who have outlived expectations and are skewing the data set as time progresses particularly with the 2:1 randomization

Agree. I listened to the BOA call last night. My interpretation of what VJ said is that the adjudication process was not going to be complete until mid-July. As a Result I am not expecting top-line data until mid-August. It would be an optimistic surprise to expect it sooner. IMO the the only thing that is consistent with VJ is over promising timelines. I thought the questioning by the BOA moderator was far but the answers seemed rehearsed.

Possible Reason for the delayed filings

Their is no normal accounting reason why they should not have reported. They have already given ranges. The sec and nasdaq would not be giving this much slack unless something extraordinary is going on. My suspicions is that there is an insider trading probe and a gag order is in place.

Pessimistic, but good summary. I am hopeful that RP was only exaggerating the truth last year, which will allow some recovery of the share price. Still waiting on resolution of the fabled R5. Water under the bridge because I suspect marvel is distancing themselves from OCZ.

Given omex capabilities may be a government contract with top secret clearance. Technically speaking when Ballard found the titanic it was funded by a Top secret mission to locate two downrd Subs.

I was try to communicate that Ocz doesn't get any respect for putting out a great product. Whereas it is perceived by some that Fio can do no wrong.

Even accounting for optimism, there is no way in the world that OCZ could even qualify a product for a SQLServer platform without the involvement and active support of Microsoft. You may be right that there might be the strong arm(Microsoft) in the back room at Interop helping to push through the nomination. Someone mentioned that they are not competing with either VMware or FIO so if an award is won it does not really count. If Microsoft is hosting the event in a large capacity; may be the reason why VMware and FIO are not present. I agree that the point of the commentary is that OCZ has a viable product with some resources behind it which argues against a large portion of the bear thesis in terms of OCZ in the enterprise market. We already know that their consumer products can stand toe to toe with the best that Samsung or Crucial/Micron can produce. Fio and VMware can't do that.

Nothing on ocz site or sec filings. I think ocz is going to be so heavily scrutinized that any release of information will be put out officially very quickly. I strongly suspect that their was some sort of insider trading scheme last summer in addition to the bulssshick that rp was pulling. It is the only rational explanation that ca explain the current delay in 10q's

Whether or not this will stick over prior art is another question, but obviously Vical has been doing some work while the bashes have been accusing VJ and Co asleep at the helm.

Not sure why this post has gone unrecognized but this patent could by a source of revenue. Pretty broad based. An example would be any combinatinal tx. with Yervoy and another vaccine is patented.

SYNERGISTIC ANTI-TUMOR EFFICACY USING ALLOANTIGEN COMBINATION IMMUNOTHERAPY - The present disclosure provides combinations of immunotherapeutics and methods for treating medical conditions that are characterized by the lack of an effective immune response, for example as would result following a down-regulation of MHC class I, such as in cancer. The immunotherapeutic compositions of the invention, which can be used to treat the medical conditions, include one or more immunostimulatory antibodies or molecules having specificity for CTLA-4, PD-1, PD-L1, PD-L2, CD40, OX40, CD137, GITR, ILT2, or ILT3, or ligands for these molecules (e.g., an isolated fully-human monoclonal antibody) in association with one or more alloantigens, such as, vector(s) capable of expressing protein(s) or peptide(s) that stimulate T-cell immunity against tissues or cells, formulated in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The proteins or peptides may comprise class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) antigens, β2-microglobulins, or cytokines. The MHC antigen may be foreign to the subject. The MHC antigen may be HLA-B7.

FYI this has nothing to do with vical or circular/plasmid DNA vaccines. It uses recombinant DNA and a adenovirus vector.

I lost a lot of value with this and hope FS shares in the average stock holders pain. At some point he will dilute everybody out of their shares. Wash, rinse repeat. Long term sentiment-#$%$ off

The v4 is based on the Marvell controller and would not be in keeping with nomenclature if it used a BF controller in order to switch to a 20 nm NAND. Suspect a vector 2.2 or vector 2.19 from the info above. However should be seeing a pcie drive soon. The need an mSATA version.

I have not seen it mentioned. Is it possible that ocz is involved in an insider trading sting case. SAC was involved in the company last spring. Remember the large purchase after the last stock offering. With almost 50% of the float shorted at one point, something was up.
