Easily. Shall be any time by weekend or next week. This stock is an easy $24 dollars stock. When stock is this cheap, its competition will be interested in picking it up. Really a great bargain. Hertz brand has a fairly long standing value of no less than $24 by its name.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

It is still a great price now to cover the short position. Smart shorts will cover and take their profit off the table now.

On Jul 14, 2015, Zacks Investment Research upgraded J. C. Penney Company, Inc. JCP to a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy).

    Why the Upgrade?

    J. C. Penney has been witnessing rising earnings estimates as CEO designee Marvin Ellison continues to give investors a strong assurance about the company’s turnaround initiatives.

Ellison stated that the company has a massive upside potential as the company’s slump was not due to poor economic backdrop or tough competition but resulted from a failed set of strategic initiatives.

Ellison, who will take over current CEO Mike Ullman in August, has been sharing responsibilities with the latter since last October, when he was announced the next CEO.

To lift the company’s performance, Ellison has been focusing on improving the high margin center core at its stores that houses Sephora, handbag, shoes and fashion jewelry departments. The company is also overhauling its shoe department to bring in more female customers.

Further, developing omni-channel capacities remains a top priority for the company. J.C. P

The healthcare chain is finally firing on all cylinders.
CVS announced it had completed removing cigarettes and other tobacco products for sale from its store a month before its October 1st deadline by "putting out" a 50-foot tall cigarette in Bryant Park on September 3, 2014 in New York City.

Rite Aid is one of the most fascinating turnaround stories in healthcare. Buried under a pile of debt for years and abandoned by the market, management is pushing the company through some transformative growth opportunities by aligning the company increasingly with a changing healthcare landscape.

But while the back-end pharmacy work is important — 68.8% of the last fiscal year’s revenue, in fact — there’s also some good old-fashioned spadework management is doing to get front-store revenues churning faster as well. Here are three big moves management is making that you need to keep an eye on.

    The easy layup
Rite Aid has been redesigning its stores around a new Wellness model for years. The stores have organic and gluten-free foods available, as well as wellness reading materials, nutritional supplements, and a host of other offerings built around enhancing wellness. And while that may all sound rather ho-hum, the results have been impressive: Rite Aid recently reported that Wellness stores remodeled in the last two years showed a 3.32 percentage point bump in front-end comps and a 1.95 percentage point bump in script growth compared to non-Wellness stores.

With a proven, working model like that, it’s no wonder Rite Aid is swiftl

  • I am a consumer who shops only the great quality, great design and great price. JCP has proven that to methis year. I have just spend $4,800 dollars just the past week and half to buy Down Comforter, shoes and curtains. The in house curtain designer has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As long as they keep up with great price, great inventory and great quality, I am staying in it.

  • Spent over $250 dollars on the order and am totally impressed by its great comfort, quality and the beautiful styles as it describes on the web site. I am a very picky shoe shopper that quality and design are everything to me that I am willing to spend over $100 dollars a pair on sandal. I thought that I gave JCP a try when I saw the great price and stylish sandals on its web site. They arrived. I tried them all on and I instantly decided that I will keep them all. JC Penny is making great progress with its inventory. I am totally back.

Apple may still think they are the big bully player in the high tech industry after Steve Jobs, but their peak days are gone. They are still trying to bully their vendors by stretching out the payment to make them squirm and threaten them to drop the price against the contracts just because the market changes. Let's see how long they can keep this up.

  • Meanwhile, Micron is a 14 billion dollars company compares to Neflix is only 40 billion dollars company, look at the price differences between the two. Micron is way under valued. There are a lot of stupid analysts trying to please their clients and have pumped NFLX to a very dangerous peak that form a very dangerous bubble. Anyone who believes the justified stock price of NFLX today shall know that Micron shall be trading over $200 dollars today instead. Do your math by comparing the EPS and P/E between the two companies.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Imagine that Apple to lose Micron and end up be in the hand of a smaller Chinese company to supply them chips.
