I intended to put these words in quotes, as these are the exact words recently filed with the SEC. I just cut and pasted.
The reports of HJ on the Company's financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2011 and 2012 did not contain an adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion, nor were they qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles, except that the report was modified as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

Waiting. 5+ Years. "Changing business model", lol! This would be funny if not for the real people who have been deeply hurt. Shame on you!
But how do you really feel? ;+)
Am I getting this right? This announcement is touting the "release" of a DESIGN, based on a MODEL that "processes" "up to" a whole "four liters per minute for lab scale testing and process development" ?????
Why don't you just tell everybody invested or otherwise interested just how many units of real-world useful, profit-making product are to be sold that will contribute to earnings in the current quarter or next.? How about THAT?
Alcoa might be another example. Still, TINY would have to pop way big to make up for my many lost opportunities. For example, I thought of liquidating my position here and buying TSLA shares when that one was trading in the low forty-dollar range several months back. Came THIS close. But alas....
How will this improve OOIL's revenue picture? I can find virtually nothing on Joseph Farley. Yes, they have a (very vague) web site, but do they have customers, revenues, profits? Come on, folks. This is getting old and tired (like me).
Can we have an update on the status of US applications filed? This should not be too much to ask.
How many filed? How many granted? How many rejected? How many require the filing of additional information, etc. Thank you!

All I want to know is how much revenue/value this will bring to OOIL shareholders. Is that too much to ask?
I own stock in a number of companies, and when they make deals, information is provided with respect to how the bottom line will be improved by the relationship(s). We get a lot of announcements here, but no information whatsoever with respect to revenue, profit, sales, etc. Very strange, especially from a company that has been around as long as OOIL. This is no longer a "start-up," so where is the information that would be important to investors here???
