The market did not like the decrease of FED buybacks. The DOW could not bounce. The FEDS could be saying to the market, you have the ball now, show us a better economy. IMHO, this is another time grabber to be concerned about. Stocks that rose in after hours is most likely subject to profit taking tomorrow especially if futures are deep in the red. If they are green, you'll probably see 622 with Facebook IMHO. We are still in a correction and IMHO this will continue until an acceptable SPX level is reached. I finally sold my Facebook position with a profit, I was down weathering an 8k loss for a few days but ended up in the green being bullish with Facebook's Earnings Report. Short term and daytraders should not get greedy, you decide in AH. If you are very LONG, you guys are sitting the best......HOLD!!!!!!!!!!!
Have a good Evening all - thanks for the company and Congrats!!!
FB did it on its own...
nice drop...looks lik the guy who posted the info on the 70 prioce w/r options was right....let's see how she closes..
Not worried at all......
You tell me, if a citizen has 100k to buy a Car (Tesla), NJ will put their foot down. Do we live in a society where you can't buy a vehicle of choice?. Total BS.....Go TSLA!!! BTW, rode the 1st time in a Model-S--unreal man!
NEVER buy in Pre-market this is for novice traders that are blind to what the floor traders could do with a stock at the opening. You can't day trade with a #$%$ shoot plan. Put the reward more in your favor and never trade on a 50/50 Risk/Reward ratio..
I'm pleased right now. Good luck with your long term trades.

First, I have all of the Wall Street screens at my desk. Anything I post here is from those screens, these price projections are based on 1 minute live screens which exclude any MACRO negative news such as Russia and the Ukraine situation. Any high momentum stock can change on a dime, nobody can control this. Predicting the algorithms of computer generated trade machines is highly unpredictable. All I see are the ticks in real time. I share my info with anybody who wants to read them. I am not a GURU just another Day Trader. If I project a futuristic price, it is all JMHO. You can follow or not follow my trades. For 2014 I am all in the black playing with the house's cash. Finally, we are all in this together short or long. As always I wish all of my colleagues the best in their trades. NOW let's go on and enjoy!!
Why? their was strong accumulation of shares from 71.70 thru 71.85. the bears did take it below 71.70 to around 71.62 BUT it sprang right back and closed above 72. I watched it in AH for confirmation..saw that 72 was solid support and bought 1255 shares. I do believe that pre-market minus macro negative news will push her up to 72.34 IMHO..
GLTA and good night..

Facebook Inc. is taking another small, cautious step toward online video ads which analysts have said would make the company even more profitable but could also potentially spark a user backlash.
Facebook (FB) on Thursday said it will begin posting 15-second premium video ads from select advertisers. Users can expect to see the ads in the next few months, the company said.
"Each 15-second video ad will start playing without sound as it appears on screen and stop if people scroll past," the company said in a blog post. "If people tap the video, it will expand into a full-screen view and sound will start."
Facebook had said in December that the company had started testing the ads.
"We'll roll out premium video ads slowly and monitor how people interact with them," Facebook said. "This limited introduction allows us to concentrate our efforts on a smaller number of advertisers with high-quality campaigns to create the best possible experience on Facebook ."
Facebook's cautious approach is based on concerns that video ads could turn off users. But analysts have long pointed to video ads as another potential growth catalyst for the social network.
"This is very positive for the stock," Topeka Capital analyst Victor Anthony told MarketWatch. "Rollout was/is slow because Facebook wants to ensure that the user experience will not be disrupted. With this launch they are communicating that they now feel comfortable that the user experience will not be compromised."
IDC analyst Crawford Del Prete also portrayed Facebook's cautious approach as a smart decision.
"While they may not be moving fast, I think they are being thoughtful about monetization of their network in innovative ways," IDC analyst Crawford Del Prete told MarketWatch.

Did not like LNKD Earnings report and concerned about the Job's report
Took about a $1560 Loss
+7% for 2014 in the Black

I'm going in to the my hot tub to relax...
Being down about 6 grand on FB, I always reflect to see why I made about 36% on my Daytrades in 2013. whenever I made a poor entry by buying too high, I never panic, I wait it out even if it takes 14 trading sessions. I'm only speaking of the "better" stocks and not the speculative ones which I never play. I'm more optimistic in being in a wait and see situation because of FB's upcoming Earnings report. Of course, we could use a Monday's bounce followed by better futures on Tuesday. This could set us up nicely for Facebook on Wednesday with any hint of their report good or bad. If the market continues to fall in its correction, it will offer less than a window for me to recover my current loss on FB.
I can't predict the future price and if a correction is going to continue or end but "I'm sticking to my plan" So therefore, I'm taking my chances and rolling this position at a loss straight in to the ER.
**Last week observation": I watched Ebay rise 1 minute after it's earnings from 54 to 61 and then fall. I am prepared with the TOS ladder to scalp any significant rise if this occurs with Facebook 30 seconds before it reports and 1 minute after.
Most likely when the Earnings decision is greeted by the street, I will close out my FB position win or lose.
I wish all of the LONGS the best and GL with the Earnings.
