Key factors will be the ability to receive their second payment from the Land already sold i.e. commercial payment or lack thereof to 'handily' make their debt payment in Q3. and guidance for 2H of 2015 so that CAPEX can take root in 2016 i.e. with Longi and delayed plans for mfr. in Thailand, Brazil etc.
Rumors show that China's 2020 target may go up significantly from 100GW to perhaps as high as 200GW and while staying power is good for investors, Yingli has the opportunity, to be profitable each and every quarter once selling projects regularly and/or keeping on the books. Definitely worth keeping a block of shares until 2016 imho...
Lowering their Interest Rate on debt/amount paid quarterly & forex losses are two key factors that have kept Yingli from reporting positive numbers for some time now in spite of a concentration on 'high' asp markets i.e. record sales to Japan for Yingli.. OPEX cost reductions i.e. Europe and Selling Projects can make a huge difference ahead. The US market is important to Yingli and has been for a number of quarters; anyone check out their facility in Houston?

A Chinese company is setting up a solar plant in the SE of the U.S., Trina has partnered with Ford in China, Yingli has stated they are looking to partner with Fortune 500 companies which extends beyond their simply providing panels for projects in the U.S. What will come about in China for any U.S./Yingli partnerships?
