Are you the guy that I call in India when Chase sends me a fraud alert?
Thanks for the honest reply. I see many people on this board do not use facts...instead they just resort to name calling.
I want to be very clear I currently have no position either long or short in HHG. My question is about a purchase experience that I had last weekend at the HHG flagship store on E 96th St in Indianapolis which is also where there headquarters are located.
I was looking at a TV on HHG online for my mother's bedroom as a birthday present. I found a 40 inch Samsung for $406 which was $131 cheaper than Amazon. I thought it was a great deal so I bought it online. Before I checked out I looked at a few other items for her as well as myself.
My question is almost every item that I looked at said they did not have this item in stock at that location including the TV and it would be ready for pick up in four to five business days. I checked a few surrounding stores in the area and none of the stores had the items at the locations I searched.
I did get a email two days later and it said the TV was ready to to be picked up. I just found it very odd that according to their website that the company did not have a 40 inch Samsung in their store let alone it being their flagship store with the company headquarters on the property.
Have the suppliers cut or stopped their credit to HHG because when I arrived at the store to pick up the TV they really did not have that much inventory in the store?
Hey Veronica, Usually the charts are right and this time they definitely right. You really should learn how to read them!
