    If I were Google

Google and Inphi for sure have trampled all over Chuck and company for several years costing them a fortune both in lawyers fees and product profits.
Google may have used the technology on in there servers but the boards were built internally. So I would have to assume the settlement will be based more on a licensing fee with extra for damages. Inhpi has been selling LDRIMM products for a long time using Net List technology so I assume this award to be based the same MO. JMO
The other thing is Google is just one of several companies with very large server farms. The potential from those sells I see more possible in line with what you are projecting as those will be new board sells. Not to say NLST will get the nod to sell all those boards but I will bet there technology will be used one way or the other.
My crystal ball broke a long time ago but I believe after 5 plus long years of waiting this company is about to take off.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Why are you so intent on a Google buyout? Inphi has probably caused more damages than Google. Your enthusiasm is great but Chuck has the company set up to where a hostile take over would be hard to do. Whenever you decide to sell at is your decision but I for one think the patents along will prove to be worth $10. a share.
The HCDIMM and NVVault market is forecasted to be a $17 B market over the next 3 years alone and it hasn't really started to crank up yet. Intel and Net List have been working together over the last couple of years and that project could be worth mega bucks overthe next few years
I think in your big hurry to make a quick buck you have overlooked the real potential of this company. The company doesn't have to be bought out for you to take your profits and run.

Margin our accounts? I have been buying this stock with cash whenever I can afford it overt he last few years and have accumulated more shares than you can count. Like the others that realize what patents and re-exams mean $ wise to this company I am very much looking forward to the next few years. It has taken awhile but the wait will have been well worth it.
The project Netlist and Intel have been working on for the last 2 years should kick in over the next few months. It should be a ball buster. The other products NLST markets will be icing on the cake.
I would explain it but I your grand kids would end up having to put together high glossy pictures with arrows and nomenclature you still most likely wouldn't understand.
You are correct you are a waste of my time responding to you because you don't get it and most likely never will.

Leave it to you to think someone needs chemicals for help as it has obviously worked very well for you. I am sure that is one thing you truly have a lot of experience with enough to be a true subject matter expert on.
By the way I looked up deer in the headlights and it had a picture of what I expect was you. i couldn't tell if it was you or not cause the pour sap had a paint can stuck on his head. Whats up with that?
Do yourself and everyone else on this board a favor and sell.

JADEC screwed up and standardized a patented technology thinking Net List would not be around for anyone to worry about. You can bet none of these big companies want to pay a licensing fee for this next wave of technology just now coming into its own. Chuck did it right tying up technology of the future with patents and having re-exams well on there way or finished way before the technology was actually needed/required.
Hard telling what San Disk has up there sleeve with this lawsuit but I would surmise it is nothing but another stall tactic.
We can only hope if this impedes revenues for Net List like what has happened with Inphi he is not a forgiving sole when it comes time for damages.

No reason to hit sell as I own all my shares outright. When NLST starts making announcements today's activity will be nothing. Chuck and company had to lay a very sound foundation to make sure the big boys had no means to steal there technology. God know they have all tried and now it is time for NLST to collect. It has taken a little longer than expected and victory is going to be well worth the wait..
So tell us something CC is drmlk3 another one of your ID's?

The Bottleneck of Today's Storage Solutions

So is this why you post using ID's CC200X, botux and tsnot?

  • Just saw an article on Yahoo about Sandisk ULLtraDIMM. Funny thing is there is nothing mentioned about the lawsuit NLST has filed against them. Good article on NLST patented product. The article starts out as follows:

January, storage provider SanDisk (NASDAQ: SNDK ) announced ULLtraDIMM, a new form of flash storage that promises drastic speed increases for high-performance applications. SanDisk already has one big customer, IBM (NYSE: IBM ) , for its ULLtraDIMMs, giving some early validation to this new technology. Let's take a closer look at ULLtraDIMMs and the effect they might have on the industry.

    A bit of background
Storage, such as flash SSDs or hard disk drives, typically sits far away from the CPU and main memory. This means that there is latency due to the time it takes data to travel between the storage device and the CPU. For hard drives, this is not particularly relevant because their own internal latency is much greater than the transport latency. However, for flash, which is completely electronic and therefore much faster than hard disks, this becomes an issue.

You haven't been around much using the ID CC but it is not coincidence that one of your bashing ID's disappears and another shows up with the same ole #$%$. You aren't fooling anyone but yourself.
Insane is what happens when you make a stupid move that costs you your wife, kids and house You are the one that can't let it go DA. I don't wish ill will on anyone but that sure hasn't stopped you has it.
By the way I averaged down when it dropped to nothing because I still believe. It may be a couple of years late but the payoff is coming very soon and you know it.

  • stockyetti stockyetti Jul 3, 2014 1:40 PM Flag

Smart enough to pick out a lying fraud like you. You have to remember CC I read your rants from a couple of years ago and you are still ranting about the same stuff.

  • stockyetti stockyetti Jul 3, 2014 6:35 AM Flag

Good for you pipster, botux or any of the other ID's you have used over the last couple of years to bash NLST. Nobody cares about your sorry #$%$ vendeta against Chuch and Gail because you made a very poor decision that cost you dearly.

I see CC is at it again most likely trashing the stock trying to make himself feel better. The poor sap just can't let it go. It doesn't seem to bother the DA that no one cares what he posts. To bad the fool just can't move on.

What Inphi sees ahead in Data Centers.....

    by misterdeee Jun 24, 2014 1:49 AM
stockyetti stockyetti Jun 24, 2014 8:28 AM Flag

Inphi has and still is infringing on Netlist patented technology that is a fact. The more Inphi sells before this goes to court and final judgments are given the larger the settlement costs will be for all involved. The stay was granted to allow the re-exams to finish and so far they have favored Netlist. Any licensing agreements prior to court dates will most likely also include Infringement costs. I have to assume Inphi would favor working out these details before going to court as that could prove to be very costly and damaging.

Funny looks like CC is carrying on a conversation with himself. Give it up CC200X, pipster, butox, fhucklies. You bet the farm and lost and it is nobodies fault but your own.

Bosox, Fhucklies, Pipster used to post under CC2004 ID. CC bet the farm in 2012 right before Silver Lakes tried to bankrupt Netlist with another frivolous lawsuit. Dell also just happened to quit buying NLST products in that same time frame that was the main source of income for Netlist.
NLST was forced to go on the defensive and when HC didn't kick in as planned the stock price plummeted. Gail sold a few thousand shares at $4 in Feb of 2012. The Silver Lakes fiasco started in August. He blamed Gail of insider trading and Chuck for his forward looking statements that failed to happen. Bottom line he broke the number one rule of investing and that is not to put all your eggs in one basket. It is pretty obvious this individual still hasn't manned up enough to admit it was his mistake he lost his backside not theirs. I would assume the pathetic whining and bo huing posts are still in the archives. I know you won't find any posts from Bosox on the NLST thread as Yahoo terminated and erased that ID due to obscene posts.
Bottom line he is here strictly to bash he stock.
Myself I still believe what happened in 2012 was a consolidated effort by Inphi, Google, Smart and Silver Lakes in a last ditch effort to bankrupt Netlist. I think they all had a pretty good idea back then patent re-exams were going to favor Netlist. That is why I hope they all get what is coming to them when Netlist finally gets there day in court.

I think this is CC2004 as he was really #$%$ at Gail and Chuck because he bet the farm in 2012 right before Silver Lakes filed there lawsuit against NLST and the stock price dropped. He went on a rant then as CC2004 and then disappeared. Then Butox showed up and was censored by Yahoo disappeared and then Fhucklies showed up. Fhucklies was ask in a post and again he brought up he hated Gail and Chuck. Claims to be saving everyone from this stock when the only one to blame is himself.
