you are welcome, in advance
btw, you don't fool me. you are a shortster, and I would bet money on it. IB right?
I've been around since well before your time, and ill be here after we take your money.
again no mention of multiple insider buys by CFO. nothing you have mentioned stands up to the light of the facts. audits, accounting, blah, blah, blah. Why don't you make a specific allegation against this company instead of waxing ineloquently on the pitfalls of investing. I can name 100 fully listed companies who have had those problems, so you are really starting to bore me with your inability to stay on point.
And yes, if you had read the financials that you cast aspersions on, you would be informed about their charitable work. It has been at the core of the company since day 1.
what else is being done?
they fund ISIS too lol.
i think it is a great investment. its probably one of the reasons the pols squarely back this company. they spend money on a lot of things and still make a profit. 7 quarters in a row. Gee I guess they are doing something right
Anyways you never substantiated your p/d assertion or any other ones, instead grasping for red herrings.
we'll let others judge your credibility.
Anyways hang around awhile.
Well, you did say it was a p/d and I found that at odds with the multiple buys on the open market by the CFO, and no sales by anyone.
So I also find it odd that you, who seem so knowledgeable, would display such cognitive dissonance, given your statement vs. the facts.
The other stuff you mentioned stands at odds with what I have learned about this company.
I mean, why would no insider sell if this was a pump and dump?
There are maybe 4 posters here, so Im just not picking up what you are putting down.
Are you aware how much charitable work this company does and how much they give to charity, and the fact that one employee, aside from what the company does, and the employees, is specifically employed to search out people in need in Utah and provide them assistance, check on them monthly, and basically look after their needs?
This is a company that seems to be a breath of fresh air in a somewhat disparaged industry.
But hey what do I know...
Please feel free to
enlighten me with your knowledge of this security.""
Seems to play like a P&D scheme"
why don't you enlighten us. you seem to have strong opinions.
you sound gifted, and you also sound unreasonably bearish.
sounds like you are vested on the wrong side of the trade.
Did they get a strategic partner, cash injection and new patented line of cbd associated products?
At the other conventions????
If you were listening you would know what is about bro happen
Profitable, basically no debt and huge growth selling at .33 2015 sales.
If that's not intriguing to you then sell and buy an index fund
Were you the guy who not LL at 44$ and pumped it to 21$, so far?
Isn't that investing in a legal defense fund?
Haha. Well, I already gave them the 411(I owned and traded HANS For years) about a month plus ago when it was 1.50.😀 I think it gets to 500mm market cap-ish later this year.
They are holding their first conference call in about 4 years, so I think, along with the news lately, they are going to share some critical info.
But more importantly we need to hear their vision and plans to execute. I am sure they have a couple things to get off their chest..
Little bit excited, can't lie.
Gl bulls an others
No, but I'm not running a diversified folio at the moment. I needed capital to go big here. I wouldn't mind being in it though.
This thing is like a country song in reverse at high speed.
What are you thinking?
Checked latest balance sheet and 33mm of 111 mm stockholders equity is fluff, goodwill and intangibles... Always seek tangible book value, its more legit for our purposes.
82 mm accumulated deficit just shows how tough it is to make profits.
I see a lot of CEO shares which is a plus
Sounds like you have a plan. I can mention to discount BV only because if he offered .78 he isn't thinking he would pay that much. Maybe a dollar but it is always a tough business in the commodity world not being able to have much say in your destiny.
Thanks Smitty, it sure is gonna be busy, with all the data action and conf calls, I have 2@430 and one at 0900 with our broker. But its what I love, and I guess someone wanted it to be that way....
Here's to value and turnarounds.
logic tells you that if 30k could really move the stock down 15% in 40 minutes or less, think what they could do with a few hours and 100k shares....down 50%, extrapolating.
That rubbish will never happen back on the NASDAQ, which I expect sooner than later.
if i had a penny for every time someone spammed that gem....
ps not a gem
giddyup is to THCZ
as rico suave energy drink was for GRCU.
primordial pond #$%$ either way you look at it.
Way better than ecig,relatively speaking.
CEO describes tumultuous biz and commodity factors make it a #$%$ shoot.
But this upstate competitor could be a white knight, just remember,
10mm capex a year that bleeds cash, an d doesn't flow thru income statement.
Tiny margins gross
I think management means well and seems to be shareholder friendly as much as the biz allows,
So the upside is a double maybe triple, or it goes to a dime if they can't get a waiver and the 12% guy doesn't get a deal done.
Technically I kinda dig it, all that being said.
I did very little DD tho, mainly because past results are trivial and I can't get inside their heads.
I hope that helps.
agree.considering there were some material shelf placements, market basket for ex. and fountains or whatever, there must be an equal amount of lost revenue somewhere else.
keeping money in this stock is like watching the grass grow in the rain, a cold rain.
