AAPL is NOT going to 40 any time soon...The market isn't going down another 20 to 30 percent any time soon. This past week, we saw a flush out on increasing volume, that is typical as a correction comes to an end...Regarding a "Death Cross", in the context of a bull market ( which this is) it means a dip and run back up........Look for that in the coming weeks and months.
Get your facts straight !There was no Paypal chargeback fee one year ago. It has nothing to do with Obama. Charge-backs are often caused by fraudulent buyers from Ebay. As far as this stock. Ebay/Paypal are now trading at about a 15% premium to the split up. Ebay sales have dropped dramatically in the last few days, which means Paypal revenue has also dropped dramatically. Keep an eye on what Ebay sellers are saying about sales. If the sales slump continues, both Ebay and Paypal are a Sell, as obviously there should be no premium to the stock if there is a sales slump.
It is very simple. I wanted my order shipped to an alternate address, it could be another residence of mine, a friend or a relative, it doesn't mater. The seller sent it to an incorrect address, and Ebay will not let me file a claim, however, apparently everyone else is entitled to file claims against me even when my item has been delivered to the correct address. It is OBVIOUS FAVORITISM!!!!!
In the last week our cancellations have been more than our completed orders. Also, returns are way above normal in the last month. This can't continue or it's lights out !
If they impose this fee too much, you can expect an Investigation and it's going to cost the bottom line.
We purchased an item from an Ebay seller with twice as much feedback as us. we wanted the item shipped to our Ebay buyer's address. The Ebay seller sent it to a wrong address. Our Ebay buyer filed a claim against us, but when we attempted to file a claim against the Ebay seller., there was no option to do it, only a "Contact Seller" option. So Our Ebay buyer can ding us, but we can't ding the Ebay seller. Looks like Ebay is playing Favorites !!!

He claimed the item he received did not match the listing because the packaging was slightly different. The Brand, model number and the item were the same, but due to manufacturer's variations there were differences in the packaging graphics. Ebay ruled in his favor and requires the seller (us) to pay for a return shipping label which Ebay will charge to our seller account. This new rule will make us, and many other sellers, re-think our selling strategy on Ebay. Also note: The buyer never contacted us. The buyer paid extra for one day shipping, which Ebay also requires refunding. We repeatedly emailed the buyer, providing links to the manufacturer's website, showing the item he received was indeed what we listed, but the buyer ignored us. When a buyer ignores the seller and goes directly to Ebay claims, more often than not, the buyer is a scammer. In this case, Ebay clearly rewarded the scammer.

Well, Ebay will continue to steer some people away from selling on their site, and other sellers will make adjustments. The two examples I gave are for retail items, "new in box". Very likely Ebay is trying to discourage us from selling these types of items, because their "Partners" sell the same items.
It seems there is an epidemic of buyers who file claims for petty reasons. Here are two examples. Example 1: Buyer files a claim "Item not received" after 5 days. This buyer had special shipping instructions which caused a delay a 2 day delay in order processing, he was notified, but could not bother to check the tracking status on the UPS site or ask us, when it would not show properly on the Ebay site. So he filed a claim, His item will be arriving tomorrow, but now he's blocked. Example 2: Buyer files a claim, two weeks after he received his order, claiming "Not as Described" He says the product packaging appears different than in the picture on Ebay. The item is the same, same brand name just different graphics on the packaging This was a computer cable. He is now on the block list......all the funds for both orders have been placed on hold by Paypal and will stay on hold for two weeks...... and of course.....our sales have fallen off a cliff again!
