this is a problem as I see it you can go back and post a topic i.e. A Sea Story Begins and post to a subject within and it just stays burried unless all readers go to the message stream not the topic.

Anyway my point and message was
DTLK is up 20% today I only have 1k I did have 4k but took $2k in profits.

I posted that It would move and its value. looks like I was on target.

    A definatly a hold here.

This was a strange day with 5 or so times volume but the price moved down. I think heavily manipulated due to visibility and share count.
    this is a look

    Total volume including AH 246,155

9,198 ah volume of which 2100 was pre anouncement at a lower 10.00 ish price

Thus the ah volume was only 7000 resulting in a 1.89 move

    $11.85* 1.8918.98%
I have been trading the dips here and intend to stand pat with remaining 1000 shares. I cannot believe the positive that I see in the statw from the share count to the revenue per share. it will definately be a winner but I will not venture to guess the next 6 months but to say Up.

I posted this earlier but it disappeared. today's volume was very low but was boosted by some AH trades some or most of which were gathered during the day for delivery at the close.

I do my research and it would be hard for a broker to go to a company & check it out.Mainly as they are scattered so much. But The reuters site gives information that is readily available to the invester.

    Posting new info on volume.

What they say would be hard to guess. Do you use the Reuters site I use that a lot in my decisions. the click on financials gives 2012 2013 & thus far in 2014

the second qtr appears a bit stronger historical.as is the 4th It also gives analy opinion and gives year ending 2014 & 2015

    2014 est is ..67
    2015 est is . 91

Well I have been in DTLK since its drop last qtr. I have sold and bought back shares during that time. My thoughts are there are no following here on the board that is strange to me. Thier revenue per share is excellent. The financial position is also great.. Not comparing it to RVBD & DRIV which I have held in the past but you would think it would get more respect here. Another thing I am not a wisher of buyout but this one is a good looking target.

My thoughts there are the revenue per share and the low price. a take over would be failr;y easy. My opinion is that the price is too low, I would have to toss that up to its lack of visibility it seems. i.e. no followers here. At this time my cost avg is below its present price.

Remember this it was news on 20 Sept 2013

*****When the hospitals' sale and operations transfer are completed, FVE expects to realize cash proceeds of between $6.5 million and $7.5 million by retaining its working capital investment in these hospitals. Also, upon completion of this sale and transfer, FVE will be relieved of rent obligations totaling approximately $11.5 million per year, including rents to SNH and rents to third parties.

The transfer of the hospital operations described in this press release is subject to various closing conditions, including Reliant's obtaining appropriate licenses and regulatory approvals to operate the rehabilitation hospitals. FVE currently expects that this transaction may close in mid-2014. ****

There is a lot of things out there that needs to be clarified.

    4wd

  • straight4wd by straight4wd Jul 3, 2014 1:09 PM Flag

That FVE had to do a extensive re statement of earnings when it is not that complicated to maintain financial's.
I also find it very strange that the 3rd qtr was released months ago as a restatement and nothing has been released since EXCEPT delays.

I also find it strange in that the total management and employment situation is run though RMR.

I also find it strange that the volume and price range smacks of accumulation.

If they do not get off of the Pot here and let some financial's be known they could very well be in for a extensive investigation as to improprieties dealing with the what I feel is improper control and management by the Board of Directors in total.

I also see what I feel is accumulation and IMO a reluctance to provide data.

I also recall that FVE shed the responsibility of the re-hab segment of their business which was not inline with their business but a favorable benefit to SNH and possibly RMR. this one item was to bring some cash and enable FVE to focus on its core.

Someone here needs to put out some financial's.

Yahoo sure is finicky. I tried to post twice a partial link & got busted both times.

here is an excerpt from market watch as to Russell re-balance last Friday.

About $42 billion will trade on Friday as a result of the reconstitution, which will make it one of the biggest trading days of the year in terms of dollar volume, said a Reuters report citing Credit Suisse data.

Now Mr Yahoo does that get the pass.

Thanks just saw the post, Must be also why ISNS a low float had 250K dropped at around 13:00 sending it on the losers list.
I'll have to look around to see if there is a list of drops and adds.

This volume increase was also on a couple of other holds that I have. I would think SWSH recent price action for months (at sub one$) would have taken it off a russell long ago. In that case it would have been a devestment of holdings this seemed to be a bounc off of a few days low.
