whisper......havent a clue. don't know if state of alaska wants china rummaging thru their backyard. that brings up issue of state regulation w/r to leaseholders taking on foreign partners............does state of alaska have a say in the matter ?

royal dutch shell had a booth , as did royl corp,..........at the las vegas money show held few days ago..
but truly,,,, i have no basis to infer that the prospective partner is either a supermajor oil versus a deep pocket independent oil corp. the only "evidence" is that in letter of intent it was stated that royl corp would receive "stock options" from the partner corp as part of a deal. just about 8 tradings days left til deadline set by letter of intent.................. should be interesting as we are in the eye of the hurricane , so to speak.......

now bid size =- 1 and ask size = 2 @ 1;43 pm per schwab......... what ???????

right now we are in middle of very intense chess match...........grandmasters at play..........retail longs are audience members until joint venture announcement is made............
should be interesting to see how rest of today plays out........... news of joint venture can come any time between right now and end of month........as per terms of letter of agreement.
i think one big monied shortie unexpectedly covered this afternoon surprising all other fellow big money shorties............
now they have to be wondering what to do so as not to be the last shortie holding short straw.
pressure has got to be immense.

now im wondering if shortie is able to cover using the "dark pools" so as not to affect movement in pps..............and to hide shortie behavior patterns etc.......... dont know if royl c/b traded in dark pool exchanges.......
