any intelligent investor / prospective investor has to be factoring in the notion that since the existing transalaskan oil pipeline will be functioning for decades to come. AND that the NEW ALASKAN NORTHSLOPE gas pipeline will also be functioning for decades to come.
then the only question mark for both pipelines........is the question of SUPPLY OF OIL AND GAS TO FEED THESE TWO PIPELINES ON THE NORTH SLOPE. so any intelligent investor/prospective investor would HAVE TO think about THE BIG MULTINATIONAL OIL CORPS......... needed to buy out these smaller sized oil corps ( royale energy, rampart energy, great bear petroleum,,, etc) that are sitting on leasehold interests on the north slope alaska underneath which is the oil & gas that will be NEEDED to KEEP these two pipelines going for DECADES TO COME.
as well march thru july and approach january........ the rise in mkt cap of royale corp......is, IMO ONLY.......a obvious, intelligent, move by brand new and also by existing stakeholders to begin ACCUMULATING SHARES IN ROYL CORP. AND in so doing ,,, based on small stock float.....the mkt cap//pps MUST CONTINUE TO GO UP INTO JANUARY 2015.
BY THE WAY.....OBVIOUSLY.....ROTH CAPITAL MUST FIND A OIL CORP PARTNER FOR RAMPART AT LEAST A FEW MONTHS BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF WELL DRILLING THIS COMING JANUARY. SMART FOLKS HAVE TO ALREADY APPRECIATE THAT NOTION AND HENCE THAT NOTION HAS TO BE A DRIVER OF BUYING ROYALE STOCK NOW. no one knows when ROTH CAPITAL is going to declare it found RAMPART THE deep pocket partner. timeline is NOW BEING SQUEEZED TIGHTER.

the rampart hiring of Roth Capital Corp out of New York to find a deep pocket oil company as partner in this alaskan acreage play........is HUGE. the subsequent publication of the NetherlandSewell document which shows a range of 20,000 acres of hydrocarbon (oil/gas) indicators is now in the hands of Roth Capital Corp.........and if that is not the "sweetest bait" any fish has ever laid its eyes on......well then that fish must have seen a beautiful naked mermaid. YOU GET MY DRIFT.
another factor to consider is that this RAMPART CORPORATION has a "knack" for seemingly obtaining more and more and more money to operate thanks to a seemingly "endless supply" of "sophisticated investors" who keep oversubscribing to all the secondary stock offerings RAMPART throws out there to raise money. AND D.J. CARMICHAEL CORP.....seems to be find that group of sophisticated investors in RAMPART........every single time. notice how RAMPART has fulfilled every obligation contained within the royale /rampart partnership agreement and amendments thereto.
NOW......that history of performing,,,,,,,,,BY RAMPART.... HAS NOT GONE UNNOTICED by the new investors in ROYALE CORP.......... those new investors that have driven up the royl corp mkt cap.
these new investors driving up ROYL CORPS MKT CAP recently.........UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE APPROACHING well drilling event come this january 2015. that will be here relatively VERY SOON. SO NOW IS THE APPROPRIATE TIME TO TAKE A STAKE IN ROYL.
furthermore.......due diligence indicates that royl corp alaskan north slope acreage has OBVIOUSLY appreciated in valuation , EXPONENTIALLY.......since time royl obtained these leasehold interests in the alaskan north slope acreage.
even further.....STATE OF ALASKA IS PARTNER with TRANSCANADA CORP( they lay the pipeline) as well as many multinational oil corps.......are partnering up to build a NEW GAS PIPELINE THRU NORTH SLOPE /CANADA.
    any intelligent investor (continued)

gagerbr- green thumb for a intelligent analysis which was concise. i hope u keep posting here if u have time.
i respectfully offer herein slight addendum/modification to your post content. please feel free to rebut.
i simply suggest that the Netherland Sewell & Assoc document was based on the seismic 3D survey data of the royl/rampart alaskan northslope partnership acreage. the Netherland Sewell document is equivalent to the U.S. Geological Survey agency that also uses seismic survey data to project quantities of oil and gas underground. neither the Netherland Sewell document at issue here w/r to royales alaskan acreage NOR the us geological service's multiple reports on oil projections .......have the benefit of data ONCE EXPLORATORY WELLS ARE DRILLED FOR MORE PRECISE EVIDENCE of quantities of oil and gas below ground. of course , you poster gagerbr know that so i include it for any readers.
i point out that the us geological survey's "best case " in its own independent report on the amount of oil in PRUDHOE BAY......... IN FACT TURNED OUT (as u know) TO BE UNDERVALUATIONS. OVER THE COURSE OF TIME PRUDHOE BAY RECOVERED MUCH MORE OIL THAN THE VERY BEST CASE QUANTITIES STATED IN THE US GEOLOGICAL SURVEY SERVICES OWN REPORT. AND THAT SCENARIO is NOT UNUSUAL. AND that means ,,,, the Netherland Sewell document is simply the best modern day science can do.........prior to the actual drilling. ROYALE drilling commences in january and the rig has been contracted for already......and the rig i believe has been contracted til end of march or april 2015(dont recall).
conclude; the recent uptick in royale mkt cap was not founded solely upon the article written in the wall street daily which i believe is a $$subscription only service available . the recent uptick in royl corp is rightly based, imo, upon multiple events; 1) highly positive Netherland Sewell doc. 2) rampart hiring Roth Capital out of NY, to find a deep pocket oil corp partner. continued

great thread but arna mkt cap has to do with the underwhelming belviq commercial rollout.
if sales starts to grow regularly at whatever growth rate......then arna mkt cap should rise accordingly.
im not convinced fraud/collusion/manipulation is source of arna mkt cap problem. i do think belviq non traction to date is the main problem to date. imo. if this thing was selling and showing good script data arna mkt cap would be higher. shortie is correctly attacking the weak eisai commercial rollout. ball is now in eisai's court. i am hopeful but dubious w/r to eisai as our partner.

that new patent is just dandy.........but.......... its years away from consideration for fda approval.
smoking cessation ph 2 trials ? well.......why dont we all wait for results before we advocate such as an "asset" to arna. if primary endpoints are met......then i will be first to tout smoke cessation by lorcaserin as A GREAT ARNA ASSET. but right now.......its just not that much to squawk about.
pain mediation, smoke cessation........these are all pipeline prospects. most pipeline prospects do not attain fda approval. so far........all we got is the non profitable belviq with some cash on hand - nice amount of cash- with a too extensive quarterly cash burn by all arna projects and operational expernses. arna should be reducing its cash burn until belviq picks up sales. belviq not even break even , let alone profitable. that 200 million plus........is gonna burn quickly without belviq profits coming online sooner than later.
i wont utter the other option.

selling of shares was absolutely jacks decision and he could have quashed any previous document
he agreed with and that he signed his name to. jack sold knowingly and with a great understanding of where belviq and arna pps is likely to be. what do you think ........jack was in the dark about prospects for belviq sales going forward ? jack has financial advisors by the way and he is strongly advised how to manage his assets . perhaps he needed to diversify. or perhaps he thinks of eisai.........same way i think of eisai............that eisai is an "iffy" bet.

selling of shares not in his control ? are u kidding ?
one week of 10 % growth does not indicate a heck of a lot. there is plenty more growth that needs to be established before any honest person can stop wondering if this belviq will or will not be profitable drug by 2015 or 2016..............
im not buying more here because the price reflects the underwhelming commercial rollout. i am a bagholder here,,,,,,,,and i would double my holdings and cut down my cost basis BUT i have NO CLUE AS to where the belviq growth trendline is going.........as the year comes to a close and 2015 commences.
anyone who asserts positive future prospects ..........should explain to this mb what data supports such statement. i see very very "iffy" data here. could go either way. as a long,,,,,i sincerely hope it gains traction and growth. lets see if eisai gives a half hearted effort or a full fledged effort over next 12 months. i have serious doubts about eisai competency and or commitment to belviq.

they purchased leasehold acreage all over the expanse of the northslope..........east and west............offshore and onshore.
if you read the petroleum news article i referenced above........it details "adjacent" in fact i quoted from that internet magazine article in my original post. you are correct that the website map does not show the nordaq land by the transalaskan pipeline. i would have to look into that perhaps this weekend. ok............ have a good one. hope we move toward 6. really hope rampart gets a deep pocket oil corp partnership thru roth capital efforts. the seismic survey is so encouragingly positive it should make prospective oil partners mouth's watery........and their eyeballs expand to balloons :))

  • Eisai pays for tv advertising etc..........Eisai sales reps visit doctors and sell belviq .
Eisai pays Arna corp for the manufactured finished product belviq. arna owns the manufacturing facility.
eisai pays arna royalties, milestones and upfront payment upon making of the original deal w/r to usa and another upfront payment for amended partnership agreement to incluse ROW.
MNKD will be manufacturing the belviq. look for upcoming news ........re read above analogy

  • does that sound right to u guys.
jakeswave went big time short royl last week.........he is currently down $184,000 dollars. but i value his contributions to this mb. really. well........maybe not so much...............
guy posts questions like a newcomer here for 2 weeks........then suddenly concludes stock is due to hit low 3. WHO THE HECK DOES THAT EXCEPT A ............BLANKETY BLANK

SAME DEAL. UPFRONT PAYMENTS, ROYALTIES, MILESTONES, PAY FOR MANUFACTURED DRUGS

the rtd news WAS PUBLISHED ALREADY. GO TO ASX website, get quote for "rtd" and click on last few days of info on pdf files. they got 3 million coming to them in two tranches from dj carmichel corp once again for the umpteenth time finding "sophisticated investors" to invest in rampart. rtd gets $$ every time it needs it.
period. deal with it whoever says otherwise. have great weekend.
