Good news. They now will say that they have a buoy in the water. We'll never know whether it's producing power or not, but I'm sure it will meet their expectations.
At the end of this year we'll be able to see if their promises are kept. OPT claims that they will deploy one APB350 and one PB10. Let's wait and see.
Since you seem to know a lot about OPT could you please expand on the three deployments. Next week June starts and OPT should deploy a buoy every two months. There is one buoy in Bayonne, NJ. Where are the other two? Are they ready to spend about three million dollars?
OPT has already deployed four PB40. They already should know "The purpose of this deployment, and the other two scheduled for this calendar year are to build confidence in the PTO design, and identify potential markets for their product."
Are you aware that the location chosen does not have decent wave activity for the product. It will only allow the management to state " We have one buoy in the water."
