    Trading 101,

Yes, I will bash the messenger when he posts to warn investors when ANY SP reaches a low while he hides from the MB when stock is in uptrend. Classic basher tactic.

How dare Sphere have a long term plan to keep itself well capitalized and look beyond Cyrus. No company goes that route. Sphere should be producing from 0-100 million within a quarter. After all, that is how other tech companies grew...They relied on little to no capital expand into billion dollar valuations.

I see you lost another argument regarding the viability of Sphere's technology. What are we left with? Don't believe what we read from management? That's an old trick every short uses on every ticker. Nothing to see here.

Somebody is back out of the bushes. The last time you came out was Feb 17 when stock was below 4. You certainly pick your spots but better to forewarn when the stock is up (if you are trying to save investors) not when its down. Btw, I thought we graduated from the pump and dump a whole ago. How many stocks are you posting about on yahoo?

    FIELD OF DREAMS ON IHOPE

Mens, have you ever considered that your dim outlook might explain your financial situation at 61? Your boring posts are focused on short term and day to day distractions and appear to lack the ability to see the big picture. Perhaps you missed many opportunities to ride big stocks by trading for short term gains as you have done with ANY. Or Perhaps you lost money in the market but you come across as bitter man.

The risk/reward for ANY is enticing for many here. I know
I will be retired comfortably by 61 (and well before). I'm in my mid-late 30s and took risks starting at 25. I wouldn't be where I was today with your dim outlook. Always DD.

Not into prediction game. Markets can be irrational for many tickers. I will say this stock could trade like MDXG (from Sept 2013 when Streetsweeper hit that ticker to bail out HFs) as the bulls battle the bears. Look at the chart. As time progresses, either yourself or someone will come in and raise the ANY numbers and state 30 before 15 or 10 before 25, etc etc.

Mens, I'd just accept that your "will not reach 7 this year" prediction was a bad one.

It didn't even take 5 trading days to prove you were wrong. When's your next prediction Mens?

  • Repeatedly claims he has no vested interest in ANY, takes yet another hiatus from MB when the SP is on the uptrend. If he was so passionate about ANY's future or lack thereof, he would be *consistent*, regardless of SP.

The last time Flyboys took a break for a few days was right after the chatter on Twitter indicated Pinetree was liquidating their shares. Must have thought his job was done here only to find out Pinetree wasn't feeding Anson the bailout shares.

Short term noise? That's funny, the majority of your posts are focused on short term noise. Comical. And to think you were going to disappear after 5.25.

  • strut1702 strut1702 Mar 1, 2015 7:21 PM Flag

That was really low. I can only imagine the frustration Flyboys must be feeling to go there. His buddies are trapped and Pinetree hasn't fed them shares that they anticipated would hit the market. IMO, The more time that goes by, the more likely that the HF will be in competition with Institututions for Sphere shares. Not pretty.

"To date" being the key word. I'm here for tomorrow and later in the year and beyond. Can we put this to rest now? Or will you create more threads to repeat the same thing? The choice is yours but you have been formally addressed.

    Anson Capital Conspiracy

So help me understand. Does this mean you take back your claim that Glassware in a Dell Server doesn't exist? Or Glassware has been selling for more than 18 months? That Raliiware (Aka Glassware) was on the market for sale to customers? Or Sphere is simply a scam / pump and dump?

Like I said, it looks like the HF has made many enemies. Don't blame it on Sphere longs. The website above clearly reveals this travels beyond Sphere.

Help me understand. Initially you told the MB that you have no knowledge of the hedge fund's players. It seems to me that your feeling are hurt in the above post. How would you know if it's character assassination if you don't know who these people are? That doesn't make any sense to me at all.

So was it character assassination when the Scamologist went after Sphere management? Based on reading the website, it looks to me like Anson has made plenty of enemies over the years and perhaps blowback was inevitable.

I realize it must be stressful logging onto SA and Yahoo multiple times throughout the day and trying to keep while being put on the defense. You have a tough job to do trying to convince the readers. I think the name "Baghdad Bob" fits you well.

I have been in MDXG since 1.03 and watched the shorts pound away on the MBs about an untitled FDA Letter and their doom and gloom prophesies. I could only imagine Mensplus posting on that board back in Sept 2013 (stock hit 1.80s intraday) why it was down 50% and far from its highs and how this meant the company was doomed. Streetsweeper put out two articles on Mdxg in one day claiming MDXG would go down in flames. Been there done that. Feels like Dejavu to me.

How would Jason's touting of ANY drive the performance of Sphere? I thought the short bet against ANY is based on its past and future financial performance (Oveland) or lack thereof.

Keubiko didn't give Jason a chance to respond in full before he brings up the Google Code of Conduct. Looks to me that somebody wants to silence him. A confident short would sit back and let it all play out...again it's about Sphere's performance.

Yes, I think it's getting to crunch time and the moment of truth. This will be an interesting year for all parties.

Fail to see your point. I'm just a long...I mean a pumper. Notice that I was referring to pseudonyms that post as analysts. Keubiko, is a very decent analyst when he's objective. I also like his sense of humor. I don't know an analyst that would pull that stunt on Jason Katcher without doing it anonymously. Thus my "hiding" behind a pseudonym comment.

Common, yes you're correct. Although Flyboys posts appear right after techstocksfordummies posts on SA and Derek's Twitter responses to the short outfit all appear within minutes of each other. Still believe the "gentlemen" usage was a smoking gun alone. I'll leave this at 99.999% percent.

  • strut1702 strut1702 Feb 27, 2015 9:13 PM Flag

You did everything but answer the question. You no longer post using your real name and have blocked outsiders from viewing your Twitter feeds. Just about everybody that follows the boards knows you are Derek. As if Derek suddenly disappeared permanently after his daily posts on the MBs....only to be replaced by Flyboys on yahoo and Techstocksfordummies that post at the same pace as Derek while using the same scripted arguments. Too many giveaways. Remember the only other poster besides Flyboys to use "Gentleman" in their posts? It was Derek32Smith on Ihub.

So Google is selling a few hundred Chromebooks? According to this article the low cost may lead to long term sales growth. You have it all wrong...We don't need Google to overtake Apple. A decent piece of the pie in this vertical is a big victory. It's early in this game.

You messed up big on that one Derek. It's indisputable. Just admit you were wrong regarding Raliiware. Everybody makes mistakes. Mr Zhou in his SPIHF SA
    thesis was correct.

I knew you would answer that way in your last line. My point is marketshare is in a state of flux. For example, VMWare hasn't been around that long in terms of years. You would like us to believe that market leaders will always remain at the top and new entrants do not stand a chance for share. That's not how markets work.

In order to bash Sphere, I notice you are pumping Apple to diminish Google. Whatever it takes, eh?
