Hey. I never denied the technology. My beef is with Rink. Too many things don't add up here. Too many empty promises, opportunities and zero sales. I want clean beaches just as much as the next guy, but when Waste Management can't even find you a single sale, something smells fishy and it's not their packers.
I've got nothing to hide whatsoever. I have no relationship with Abtech Holdings besides being a former shareholder who deftly avoided financial duress by getting out before the gig went up in smoke. I last held shares about two years ago when they were worth ten times what they are today. I advised others as to why I felt this company was a scam and have stuck around to see if my suspicions rang true. Needless to say, I was right. Regardless of the truth of Mako's provocations to the drink, one would have done well to follow his warnings.
Quite honestly, if you are a lawyer, might I impart some advice? It would behoove you to learn proper grammar. A lawyer that does not know as basic of a rule as putting oneself last in order when describing who you were with might have a hard time convincing a judge and jury.
Not trying to be a jerk here, but you were all warned repeatedly. Abtech is a feel good story, but as an investor, one can not ignore the writing that has been on the wall for the past half a decade or possibly more. My sympathies to the long-term holders, but this one is done.
