went to my brokers website for info, ameritrade, the site gave contact info for bank of NY mellon...called them, they said the same thing we all already knew about the termination dates....and referred me back to my broker for more information on how to execute the various options, such as selling or transferring to irlby....so, called ameritrade and was told the same info after going through countless auto-mated options, none of which matched the issue of ADRs....the third guy i talked to at ameritrade said that if i wanted to execute any of the options then i would have to call back to the "corporat erelations" dept and speak to someone there, but their office is closed now. GEEEZ!!!!
yes Babkok had a good plan to not have to spend 40 million and 15 years on FDA testing requirements etc....but, i think what has happened is that the big companies that could buy ISR are calculating that they cannot make enough profit from it before the next big thing (immunotherapy) steps in and knocks cancer out completely....that's my theory....i wish it is not true because i would like to get my money back since i bought in at 2.24 .....life sucks now
On Twitter, Greek journalist Efthimia Efthimiou said that ECB president Mario Draghi told Greek prime minister Alexis Tsipras the ECB's announcement doesn't effect the Greek financial system because Greek banks can still get financing through the emergency liquidity assistance program.
Since the real Bank of Ireland in Ireland is cancelling the ADR called IRE, and from what they said, all ADRs would be cancelled...how is it that IRLBF exists? If it does not get it's "validity" from the Bank of Ireland then what, how, who,....I'm not even sure what question to ask or what the right word is....
you have been pumping the virtues of this stock for quite some time...why the change?
I wonder when the SEC will do the same to Maxim Group, Sabby, and Sierra World Equity Review?
just saw the video news about this on yahoo. 7 members of a fund in CT were arrested for operating pump and dump scams, and I will give you one guess the name of one of the companies they were scamming......
the guy has added nothing of significance to this board and only criticizes others......i would love to meet this jerkoff in person and teach him a few lessons about manners....sherforbrains jimmy
so it seems this mystery gets a little deeper....on the one hand we have a treatment for cancer that is a huge breakthrough and very solid scientific, peer-reviewed publications backing it up.
on the other hand, we have several unsavory entities attached to Isoray, the Maxim Group is known for scamming, and Sierra World Review is of a similar fabric. sales are miserable and they definitely do not have the sales team infrastructure to capture even a small percentage of the pie.....
is this a credible organization? i have looked at their last few notes on ISR and they say the pps will be at 4.25, and soon a buyout will be announced....but I'm not sure if they are credible.
also, sure ISR sold 14 mil in shares to 2 funds, but how do we know that those firms are not shorting the stock down to .50 that was the pps just a 2 months ago...?
