Aco, good to see you and the others posting. I've been buying smallbits on the way down (proverbial "falling knife"?) and still feeling like there is enough of a company here, all and all, to use this pullback. I've hit some of the past pullbacks and did OK but I've missed most of them. Isn't some of this action over-all mkt stuff? It seems that MM's begin to really manipulate in ernest when they detect retail trading volume increasing. Probably a paranoid thought.

Yeah, Aco, what is up with PBR. My understanding was that it was "out of favor" due to too much gov't involvement. What changed? I have wondered if "out of favor" status was mostly political investing as opposed to balance sheet investing. (like AAPL).

I've been in and out of this stock a few times over past 4 yrs and made a few k. I know there have been a core grp of investors on this brd who have been trading around a core position for many yrs and have done pretty well. I've depended on and enjoyed their banter. This current flatline is driving even that core to distraction. I'm tempted to try a little at this time but would like to hear any thoughts/guesses re 3/25 earnings rpt.

There seems to be no shortage of animal spirit in Brazil. I like the music out of that part of the world, even their pop music. Once in a while I'll stream it off the net. We got to get more BRAZIL in the american conciousness. Argentina has a world class mens tennis player currently. My own awareness of Brazil is that mostly, the general populace feels positive re being "Brazilian". I hear about huge poverty ghettos also so I'm never sure what thats about. The one person I knew who had spent a lot of time there (embassy staff in Brazilia) loved the country and I think he retired there................whatever..........I want it to be a good investment place....vibrant......growing.....upbeat.. Maybe I'm wishful thinking.....

You could find yourself on some "don't rent to" or "no fly" list. It is a doorway for homeland security or any other gov't intrusion aside from spam lists.
