I agree with boxcompany1 ,the dilution should not of happened at the time it did . The government induced growth is only here for a short time. The dilution may push stock recovery prices past that date.
Its not that RAS is slipping as it is the reality, that the Government has been trying to get house prices back to pre recession prices. Those prices fell because people couldnt afford them then and when the government gets out ,people will still not be able to afford them. RAS has been taking advantage of this rise but its not something that will continue without real income going to those home buyers.
maybe we should only elect a president who gets 100 percent of the vote, then everyone could be wrong
when i can buy nly at a better dividend and its going north, why should i bother with ras going south
Not the best time for it.........
Instead of trying to dictate what they can have
looks like its even for the last thirteen years on their stock price. The problem with microsoft, its management couldn't pis on their on boots, hired their friends ,their buddies and sit there and milk the company dry.Just like any other fat bloated company,no one can step out the way of progress for fear of losing their spot .
Had to look it up, guess i wasnt real sure, but it was 03/05/2009 , purchased at.6099. And its on the back of my monthly statement which im sure with a little help you could probably read.
everytime i turn off my computer i get a stupid message from microsoft.
This stock will reach $10.50 and not ever see $7.00 again
