When we are back at $13-5, we will all be kicking ourselves. We all know they have tons of $$$$$
Too bad I did not buy more last month.
lemon how much did you short and at what price? Or are you just a bitter, ex shareholder that lost a ton?
And let there be no doubt…This was all “BUSH”….The bad #$%$ Decider….
Run from him all you like neo’s and the rest of you republicans…. Pivot off all you want but you own this lock-stock & barrel….
You were riding high in the saddle with your ten gallon hat 2000-2008 now weren’t you…Now, the music has stopped and the back-biting is in full swing….
You tried to shed your skin and morph into the “tea-party” and that didn’t work now did it…Elections have consequences…What you were blind to see is that it was going to be a death blow…Bye-Bye….
did you say "my dad?" now that is hilarious! #$%$ if my dad had $100m, id be skin diving off my boat, not some loser on a yahoo brd all day. r u sure he does not have $1 trillion?
you need free stuff? go to college, stop being a waste of bones
I agree, a good crash is coming. I am getting ready for the opportunity. Gold will sell off andf housing will crash with rates rising, The gov will start making cuts soon. and they are the only ones spending any money right now.
I have about $100k on the sidelines from selling my house 4 yrs ago. Been playing it safe, NOW i need income from my cash. I plan on choosing 10 stocks with divs to avg over 10%.
1. Am I too late for the party - rates are moving up
2. is there a better way to get over 10%?
i am 45, single, 2 kids and underemployed, renting in CA in an great but expensive town.
do you think we will see $20 x 500 shares? (my order)
Does it crash if rates go up?
does it have a connection to freddie and fanny
I want the div.
everyone tells me "co's paying over 10% div should be avoided"
good points, the gov is the only thing keeping re afloat. romney had it right, let it crash
thank- what do we have to fear? beside the upcoming market drop of 15%? (see brinker)
Higher rates?? More foreclosures? Gov stop bailing out homeowners under water?
I am all cash, and I need some income. Looking to pick 10 stocks, with divs in the 2-5% range and then a few big dogs over 10%.
16% seems too good to be true. does it crash when rates go up? and they will...
and yet JC is 100x more successful than anyone in your gene pool. WHat have you done with your pathetic life?
