Haven't seen any postings here or on IHUB from Parents and Machiavelli10. Anyone had any contact with them or news about them? Thanks

  • Adding together the holdings of Tang, Quart, Savitr Capital and Spch LLC, results in a figure of total shares held of about 155 million before the RS, and about 7.75 million shares after the R/S. That leaves a float of about 15 million -7.75 or 7.25 million shares!!

  • Should read $400,000

  • Kevin Tang bought 17 million shares for $7million on 11/20/13; Barry Quart bought 1 million shares for $400,00 on the same date--see Yahoo Insider Transactions for this stock. Do you think they'd by putting that kind of money into stock that didn't have very high prospects of FDA approval.

    2. Look at the backgrounds of the new people just appointed to The Board of Directors--all of them major figures in bio tech.

    3. With insiders holding almost 1/3 of the 15 MILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING, the total float is probably only 10 million or so shares. That's quite small and any appreciable buying will skyrocket this stock

    4. The current drug is only one of many in the works. With the recently raised $60 million dollars, the company can now pursue work in several areas, including pain.

    5. Keep in mind that when you buy this stock you're buying a DRUG PLATFORM, not just one drug.
