As a tadpole matures, it most commonly metamorphosizes by gradually growing limbs (usually the legs first, followed by the arms) and then (most commonly in the case of frogs) outwardly absorbing its tail by apoptosis. Lungs develop around the time of leg development, and tadpoles late in development will often be found near the surface of the water, where they breathe air. During the final stages of external metamorphosis, the tadpole's mouth changes from a small, enclosed mouth at the front of the head to a large mouth the same width as the head. The intestines shorten to accommodate the new diet.
As the growth continues we should see alot of "NEW FROGS" this Fall and the "NEW DIET" is SHOPPERS !

I don't claim to know what any stock will do for sure and I'am not a genius but I think the market will finish the day at the high, or close to it, and NTWK will be in the green. Anybody else have a "gut" feeling ?

Good Luck to those that were buying yesterday on the PPS drop. Odds are that you're going to do well but I always like to know the reason behind the stock action. Somebody knows something for the group selloff to happen all at once. Lets see what happens today, NTWK looks way undervalued !

Looks like it. Premarket shows 22k downside trades with the secondary offer price at 7.75 ! Don't you just love secondary offerings ?

You're right, there was very heavy volume at 1335 hrs all the way to the close. SOMETHING was the reason for that huge drop in PPS on heavy volume all of a sudden. Some news that we don't know about or haven't been told ! I don't think it was "panic" selling, I think it was selling for some reason the small investor doesn't know about.

There are at least 3 Class Action Suits that are pending. This case might go on for 2 more years.

You don't know much about how the BK court system works ! BK court rules over any other court so your claim of 3 class action suits are also worthless. Sorry ! The stock is done, over, to be cancelled as the EK filing states, you cannot have a Class Action rule over BK court, they have the final say. Those BAGS are going to be heavy if you hold worthless stock. -

Why all the selling today on a market up day ?
Must be a reason for a 4 month low that comes just out of the blue after the PPS already has taken a major hit. We are going to have a PE of 5 if this keeps up ! -
Looks like high volume between $10.02 @ 1335hrs to $9.52 @ 1355hrs !

Further, as we are very aware of the Zacks ratings of NTWK from the prior several months, their ratings are generally short-term in nature.
I can tell you are not a PAID MEMBER of ZACKS because your statment is wrong and you have no idea how ZACKS works. ZACKS issues a short term rating and a LONG TERM RECOMMENDATION. They are funded by investors and other research sites that DO NOT buy or sell stocks. Those free sites have an agenda and not the private investors interest at heart. ZACKS is wrong many times but they are right much more often than most other sites. They give you alot of information on the paid site and can save you alot of time in your DD. Its well worth it in gains to me but you have to know how their data model works and what information you are looking for. I still am staying long just because of a gut feeling I have, but I just use ZACKs as one tool in the many I use.Good Luck ! -
Don't tell me how bad Zacks is, that's your choice, I'am just stating that Zacks lowered their rating on NTWK from 3 to 4 which is like a hold to a sell. I'am still long and going to stay that way.

Stock is toast ! Really ? I have known that for the last 3 years. I worked for them and with all the layoffs I knew it was coming when the stock hit $42.00 and I sold at a big lost. Rochester claims he was first but ALOT of other people knew it ! If he claims he was first I have no problem with that he's a good guy, it's all in fun if you're not long. -
During the first three months of 2013, Kodak shares averaged 20 cents apiece. With 271 million shares outstanding, that gave the company a market cap of about $54 million.
Kodak will issue 40 million new shares to pay back its various creditors. So that market cap divided by 40 million means it wouldn't be unreasonable to expect Kodak shares to trade, at least initially, at around $1.35.
Check that, "AT LEAST INITIALLY" ! Unsecured debtors that are owed $10K or less will be paid in cash, pennies on the dollar.
I don't understand why some people think the current stock will be worth something when EK own exit plan on file states the old stock will be cancelled and that's a fact. -
I might sell half of my investment
When you say "investment", I hope you're not talking about the current stock because it is worthless except to the day traders. This company will never be taken over in its current state, and lot of DEBT would have to be written off. EK liabilities are twice that of its assets just check the balance sheet.
Unless you are invested in an airline, which USES BK to break contracts, BK companies are terrible investments. -
Well I'am just going to hold on to it. I'am not going to buy any more and I'am not going to sell any. It's hard during times like this to see the light at the end of the tunnel, you just have to hang in there! Good Luck !

superbowl, So you are bascially admitting you are buying a worthless stock in hopes that someone dumber than yourself is willing to pay higher until it eventually goes to zero?
Why do you think I would own any EK stock. I sold all my EK @ $42.00 that I had picked up for about an ave. of $62.00 plus what the company gave me as an employee. I've shorted down to $6 and would have nothing to do with EK stock since then. I was only answering a question. You're seem to be the one with a problem. Learn some manners. -
Zacks up the ranking on ZAGG from 5 to 4 but in both cases they rate ZAGG as OUTSTANDING for the long term !
