Casey, I stay off the board for a week because it is pretty much a waste of time but I like some of the folks and I get a good chuckle

Good comment, you are right, it is a civil MB with few insults and name calling on both sides. Most people take no joy in others losing money but there are two sides to any issue. Good Luck !

Most people don't want to see anybody get hurt racing but their going to do it anyway, so if they wreck, I want to see it and hope everybody is OK.
This stock is the same situation. When you have a stock with a FLOAT of 12m shares and a short % of 13% on 1.2M shares coupled with a PE 153 and a PEG 40 THERE IS GOING TO BE A WRECK ! Somebody is going to lose a lot of money this month.
I think those analysts have it right $35-$45 per share but maybe they are wrong. If they are right is this going to be one of those cliff deals where the PPS just drops down so fast you can't trade out.

I sure did take your advice to look at it and the current track record shows it's a winner so I will continue to follow it now because it seems to be in a solid uptrend. I didn't get into it back in Feb. because it had to many negatives mostly from the past. Thank You !

  • Do you have money to burn?

A new study by Consumer Reports found shoppers could save more than $100 per month by shopping for generic drugs at Costco over major drugstore chains like CVS.

In their investigation, secret shoppers called up 200 pharmacies throughout the U.S. to get non-insurance prices on a month’s supply of five blockbuster drugs that recently went generic: Actos (pioglitazone), for diabetes; Lexapro (escitalopram), an antidepressant; Lipitor (atorvastatin), for high cholesterol; Plavi (clopidogrel), a blood thinner; and Singulair (montelukast), for asthma.

The differences were pretty astounding –– as much as $749, or 447 percent, between the highest- and lowest-priced stores. The secret shoppers phoned in a range of pharmacies, including Walgreens and Rite Aid, but CVS was clearly the priciest. And Costco beat them every time.
Lexapro: $7 at Costco vs $126 at CVS.
Lipitor: $17 at Costco vs. $150 at CVS.
Plavix: $15 at Costco vs. $180 at CVS.

Like other big box retailers, Costco gets away with this thanks in part to its massive inventory of goods. It won't tank simply because it gives a discount on generic drugs, whereas pharmacies rely heavily on their prescription sales.

    The Takeaway

This level of price disparity is shocking enough on a one-time basis. But some of these are drugs that people are prescribed for a number of years –– and in some cases, for a lifetime.

    Days of RideAid are numbered.

IG did have an earnings revision down for this quarter, next quarter, and the year. When you look at the past track record this company move than doubles in Revenue and growth and the losses are a tenth of what they use to be. The growth for this year is 3X last year and it continues into 2016. The beating the PPS is getting today will be reversed when they revise the earnings up and I think that is going to happen base of the past record. I think they low balled us in quidance !

It was not a Secondary Offering. If you do not even know what a Secondary Offering is, you have no business posting.

I got news for you, about 95% of the MB posters don't know it's not a secondary but that is no reason to look down on them. If you have a point to make educate them and share your knowledge don't insult them.

"It's an OK stock that you should not buy or sell"

That is what the "street" analyst said not me. I never tell anyone to buy or sell. it's your money not mine.

Find another stock to invest in and be happy. Please don't go away mad, just go away.

Well that ain't going to happen ! I study interesting stocks that are about to fail or soar to the moon! And this one will fail in the end. It's in a field that time has past by. Big box stores can do it better, faster and much cheaper. RiteAid products are products you find in your JUNK drawer or dollar store. They can't keep borrowing more DEBT to operate. The NET WORTH of the company IS LESS THAN ZERO! Don't you worry I'll be here to take you thru the whole thing right up to the point they cancel the stock ! Good Luck !

And it's been that way for a long time. The PPS is less than it was a year ago High of $8.50 in June and its not a bad stock but it has Debt and higher Liabilities than Assets. The "Street" and the market calls it right. It's an OK stock that you should not buy or sell. My problem with that is I want my money to work for me not just sit on a stock going nowhere and could down the road be forced by the bank into BK. Good Luck !
Nobody expected Eastman Kodak to go BK or Fruit of the Loom which was making tons of money and had great revenue. That company was sold to a private concern IF the court ordered appointed trustee would continue to run the company. As you can see Fruit of the Loom is in every discount store today.

Why down so much....we exceeded daily average volume today at a 5% drop. What the hell is going on. Short basher go to hell and don't waste my timehere. Less

THAT'S THE ANSWER ! IT WAS THE SHORT BASHER ! Good Job. Never your fault or the company.

I have read a few of superbowels posts and they are just that super bowel comments and I would hope that any informed posters realize that....he is another added to my IGNORE list.....

Well rule number one with me NEVER name call or insult anyone. Rule two, be civil ! So I guess the only reason you would put me on ignore is you can't stand the truth ! Or, you can't make an argument on any point of the debate. Or you just want to hear what you agree with.
You know what I want ? I want to hear anyone that doesn't agree with me and why. THAT is the most important thing for any investor to know, what the other side thinks. Then I decide if I'am wrong somewhere or are they just blowing smoke. Good Luck !

Monthly sales increased 3.3%; Quarterly sales increased 4.5%; Annual sales increased 4.3%; Sales Volume increased from $25,408B to $26,345B. So, why the negative response?

So you think those are GREAT NUMBERS ! Those ARE NOT great numbers by any means. There FLAT ! This stock was expected to do much more than a few % pts.within the margin of error. How about 10-40% !

I was just thinking about your comment
"which they can do and still file the form, as if it was a trial balloon to get market reaction"

I'am not sure what they were thinking but in my 50 years of investing I have seen companies do that before. Everybody can see what they intend to do but they leave the date and number of shares and the PPS blank with the filing only becoming effective when the blanks are filled. Helps them get a feel for the market reaction.

Zack's rates IG as a SELL

    by hugomungle Mar 5, 2015 12:10 PM
    superbowl6wins superbowl6wins Mar 5, 2015 1:01 PM Flag

First you are not a member of ZACKS because your information is wrong. I am a paid ZACKS member and their target PPS is $12.30 with an Industry Rank of 82/265 or the TOP 33% which ain't bad at tall !
You are right that the rating is #4 Sell but the way that is estimated is thru Earnings revisions, it could be 4 today an 1 tomorrow you never know until 0300hrs @ night when the site is updated, never during the day.
IG will do just fine thank you . Good Luck if you're LONG !

Volume is heavy more than 6X normal so let everybody out than wants out . The Revenue is grat forthis company ,over 2X last year the the net losses are reduced to almost nothing. The big improvement is in the TREND of this stock in all areas, Revenue, earnings and guidance. If you liked this stock from $3.84 to $12.05 this year, you're going to like from $9.87 today to $27.00 in another year ! Good Luck !

  • And that 4% is not profit. After expenses and interest they owe money . Market sees the problem, ANOTHER RED DAY !

  • superbowl6wins superbowl6wins Mar 5, 2015 8:25 AM Flag

I am not a lawyer so don't take this to the bank I just read the SEC Files and what I hear on the business videos. It's my understanding that the offering will not take place until the locked shares the insiders and some funds hold are released. That release date is March 22 (which is a Sunday, don't ask me why). At that point those shares are to be sold if that is what they want to do. The SEC forms are filled out but the number of shares was an appox 200k (that can be changed), and no dates or price indicated, which they can do and still file the form, as if it was a trial balloon to get market reaction. I would like to invest in this stock but not with a PE 176, PEG 50, NO ANALYSTS has the PPS at these levels, ZACKS rates it as a simple #3 Hold with an "Industry rank of ave. If I do buy it would'nt be until after this month and the dust settles. As I said it's hard to understand exactly what will happen but once it becomes clear to everybody I think the stock will correct to the proper valuation the analysts call for $40-50 .

    Catango oil market

The oil market is in catango right now and the storage is just about full. Time to take profits

No, it is just the beginning for Oil to surge. The inventory excess went up so the Oil stocks took a hit, then they reversed and Oil surged up, why, because the per day excess HAS BEEN CUT IN HALF, from 1M to less then half a million barrels a day excess and that's a small margin.
