I'm new to this board and have noticed many mentions to the Odeon conference call. Can anyone point me to the original item as I would like to hear it. I have a very small position and would like to hear this before making any decision as to expanding my stake. Thanks.

Again, you discount the Canada holdings. They have very good source rocks at both locations.

As to being a .20 cent stock, allow me to advise you of several other oil and gas stocks I have done well with in the last 6 or 7 years or so.

Kodiak Oil and Gas - .22 cents/share start point
Brigham Exploration - $4/share start point
Triangle Petroleum - $1/share start point
Northern Oil and Gas - $5/share start point
Samson Oil and Gas - .30/share start point

All positions are closed at this time.

The similarity of the above companies is that they drill or drilled in Shale deposits that are linear and continuous in nature. Meaning the results that are obtained by your neighbors, especially when they encircle your position, can have a direct correlation to your results both good and bad.

Risk is always there, but you have to have good rocks to make it as an Oil and Gas exploration outfit. Everyone agrees that Argentina has really good rocks. Madeleine has a million acres of them. It also has 175 sections of land in Canada.

They have a board of directors that is quite experienced. They have board members that are affiliated with Bellatrix Exploration and Gran Tierra Energy. Both are large companies in this field. You can look them up if you want to do some due diligence.

As to intimidating you, How? No holier than thou attitude here. Just a very confident investor that has done my due diligence on this company. With that comes a confidence to challenge someone that doesn't have any facts to speak of.

This is not a trading opportunity, it is an investment that will take time to mature. Likely 12 to 24 months to get really started good and proper. If you are here to learn about this company, its operations and results then great; if not, feel free to take another 3 and a half year vacation from posting. Neither I nor anyone else here will feel the worse for it.

    For the record, 126k shares.

    Sentiment: Buy

Thought I had replied but do not notice it on the board, so here it goes again. Apologize to those that have to read it twice if it did get posted before. I noticed that you did not answer the original questions asked of you. How many shares do you own in this company? I believe that most people who invest understand the need to do their own due diligence and research on a company. Facts make a difference, opinions do not. That would be my opinion.

You state that Madalena only has interests in Argentina, you do not know about the holdings in Canada? That is an important fact you miss. You talk about Madalena not being able to withstand possible difficulties in operations. It is debt free with holdings and operations in two separate countries and has its drilling program being paid for from cash flow. Another important fact. Madalena is not taking on debt to grow. Another important fact. A sign of an experienced management staff. Another important fact. See the original reply to you for additional information.

Regarding opinions, it appears you were fine keeping your opinions to yourself for the last 3 and a half years, I only ask for another 3 and a half years from you. Then feel free to check back to see where this company is. Personally, I believe your opinions will have changed.

    Sentiment: Buy

Welcome to the board. It appears as if you haven't posted for almost 3 and a half years and today is the day you choose to post again. Would you mind sharing with us the number of shares you have in this company? I think it would help us to understand your first post today, and all of the negative posts you have made in the past - if even they are over 3 and a half years ago. If only because, most investors would not seek to stop the rise in the price of the stock, or stocks, they own. Quite honestly it appears the only thing you post are negative comments that are not based on anything but your opinion. I would refer you to the many major oil and gas companies drilling in Argentina at this time in very close proximity to Madalena spending literally Billions of dollars in capital for drilling this year alone. I could refer you to the reported drilling results from the major oil and gas companies as well. I could refer you to the corporate presentation advising this is a debt free company with a self funded drilling and development plan based on cash flow from operations. I could refer you to the company's auditor which is KPMG. Most investors are instantly aware of the size of KPMG and there reputation. I could refer you to the management team and directors which are staffed with individuals with experience from Exxon Mobile, Bellatrix exploration, Gran Tierra Energy and Triangle Petroleum, among others. However, I don't think its going to do any good. Facts seem to have little impact on people that just show up to post negative things. There are over 10,000 stocks listed for trade throughout the world. May I ask you to simply choose one of those to spend your time with?

    Sentiment: Buy
