Michele michele is also the principal he is also recruit and john lee and he has other names, He owns 0 stock he gets paid to make comments while his boys make $$, ignore him or report him. ESI could have some more pain but if you are in for the long haul you will do fine..

Have you seen ESI lately, glad I sold last year at $30, I will buy again but at low $6's or high $5's, sold my STRA today also. Same old story with CBEH, GAO does not even say a peep, What a joke. Randell still talking about $2 stock , 5 months ago he said $6. T gator and Toby have disappeared, I doubt they have sold. I'm still holding some shares. I won't sell it because it's like a group of guys chipping in for lotto at work, you chip in because if the ##$%$ you want to be part of it. If you don't and your co workers win big you feel left out,so I will hang around to see how this plays out,but I am not confident in GAO at all.

Recruit-------------------Michele michele --------the principal and a few other names are the same person,,,He has agenda he is a paid pumper or basher depending on what he is told,,he is a troll ignore him. He has been on the solar boards and right around 14 months ago was copy and pasting negatives on TSL and CSIQ and JKS and all stocks rallied 200-400% not saying that will happen here, I sold esi at $30 last year and looking to get back in but shorts are controlling this now, they get the longs that buy early in the day on margin close their positions as it shoots lower. This could still go down to high $5's or might even get a dead cat bounce here, but this stock if you have patience will be an easy double and more IMO. I will wait but i will re enter at lower prices ,problem is company bought back many many shares but at much higher prices. I sold my STRA today also. This stock( ESI ) will be $15 again but you might have to wait till February.

This stock should be compared to Tripadvisor more then TWTR and TRIP was hammered last week. The bids I see coming in are in 100's,if this squeezes to $74 somehow, short more.

A lot of the traffic on TWTR this quarter was from the World Cup, I don't see how that helped Yelp. I have a feeling that YELP will miss the numbers and give not great guidance. Stoppelman was complaining all the searches have Google on top on reviews and I have noticed that FB is doing well with restaurants. I went to a Expensive restaurant on Tuesday when I came home i looked up the restaurant.. 31 reviews on Google + 17 on Yelp 21 on Facebook and even 17 on trip adviser. If yelp just meets the numbers with the value it has it could be taken to the woodshed. I shorted the stock again, the day open table was purchased,it got a little scary when the stock went into the low $80's a week or so later, maybe I should have covered in the mid $60 a week or so ago,but I think we will see mid $40's soon. JMHO One more thing I do not see any company buying this company until these lawsuits are over...Open Table I believe was purchased for like 2 1/2 bill and was making $$$, How could Yelp be purchased at a premium at like 6-7 bill w/o making $$,remember last quarter tho the stock went down $4 immediately then went up about 5 the next day only to lost 16 points or 20% there after. SO if you are on not on margin you should be ok,if you are don't cover whole position just cover the amount that you owe because the stock can reverse and fade if it rallies.

  • Most analysts and Cramer love this stock, I am short 2700 shares with an average price of $74.27. Some shorts will throw in the towel tomorrow but I will hold thru earnings, any disappointment and the stock will fall 20%. If this stock gets in $74 range tomorrow,I will short more. It is just my opinion I had a great year in 2013 so I have some $$ to play with. Ceo Stoppelman was complaining about Google last month lets see what happens. Some shorts will scatter early tomorrow and many new ones will reenter, I also believe Janet Yellin will bring the whole market down tomorrow at 2 PM. I have been wrong before but mark this post, You guys might laugh at me tomorrow if this trades AH in the $80 range, but if the company disappoints there will be many downgrades Thursday. Good Luck

I do not believe either company has announced an earnings date yet,If TRLA asks for a higher stock price it can't be good for Z, Usually the acquirer stock goes down when they purchase a company, even if it goes up, it does not go up from $125 to $158 that is absurd, some of these people that bought will be kicking themselves that they did not sell at profit, and shorts that covered with a loss will be kicking themselves that they covered. Z is heading back to under $100 but shorts must be patient at least 6 weeks. By Labor day we will be down over 40 %
