    Short Analytics numbers from Friday

    Short 62%
    Long 38%

Looks like Friday was more of a short attack day. My guess they started shorting as we approached the old high of 9.83. Also guessing certain funds that did not want to give up the 10 options were part of the short attack.

Would be nice if we got news very soon and squeezed them shorts.

Thank You pat........I am looking at 2 support levels 9.40 ish........if that fails then 9ish. I can understand taking profits if you are not going to be around to monitor........Young Biotechs can be all over the place. But you gave no response to your thoughts of the 2 multi-million EOD settlements both appeared to be around 3 million area. What do you make of that? Not to mention the many millions of shares held by various funds. Not trying to pump or discredit anything.........I just like to look at all sides..........And I do recognize NVAX has had a very strong move............and that is why I took my highest scale - in off the table, 7s. Perhaps I can use that cash to buy more shares than sold. I always enter at multiple levels...I scale in at support levels after wild freenzies as of late. And I pay very close attention to cap. gains...short term and long term. I do not own NVAX as a short term project unless the fundamentals change...........IMO they have a potential that none other have at the present..........I did my time day trading so I do recognize changes.......And that is why I developed my own mathematical model and stick with keeps me away from all the other Charting techniques.........I don't run with a heard mentality. I have a tendency to agree with you about 9 before 10..........but probably for different reasons. I am a firm believer that the Big Guns will move a stock where they want when they want ....after all they make the market. IMO it will depend upon at what level funds see a great bargin and how many sellers they can get before real sellers dry up.

Yep they employ psychoanalysts on their payrolls.

And how would you explain two times multi - million settlements recently at EOD. Are you up with the fundamentals or just strictly TA? It is not uncommon for a stock to slightly turn down when bouncing around new highs, I did not think it would close over 10 on witch day with all those 10s out ther.

IMO Friday was a suck in day trader day so the rug could be yanked out from under them and scare new weak longs out....some day flippers probably got out with a profit and some lost money. I sold some trading shares when it couldn't hold 9.81. Because of the extreme pps moves intraday.

We know for sure funds have been increasing their % ownership. What we don't know right now if the EOD big settlement was for short covering or Big Guns adding. I noted the violent swings of bigger changes than to me that says something is a foot. If funds were trimming positions I don't think the pps movement would have been so violent. Not without negative news of which there was No news.

We don't know for sure what The Big Guns will do Monday..........Me if it hits my support numbers I intend to buy those shares back plus some. I think NVAX was held back from 10 because we all know there are funds out there that want in and their prospectus does not allow them to enter until after 10. So when NVAX does break 10 it will be supported by another influx of new fund $s.

So what I suspect of you after reading all those very positive posts of yours..........You sold out and now wish to try and talk the pps down so you can get your shares back cheaper. I do not deny that Sometimes Breaking Tops come with violent moves in the pps......But I don't think so in this case too much potential positive news right around the corner. I have tracked this stock very tightly since the 2.30s.I hold a core position and will trade around that core. So when news does come I am still a shareholder.

For many it is a combination of fundamentals and multiple TA tools if used correctly they compliment one another.

I have never seen NVAX trade so violently...........IMO a very good sign..............Maybe we will get some nice heavy volume consolidation here in the 9.80 - 9.90 area.........I always like heavy volume consolidation before strong upward moves. IMO helps to build a strong base to launch from.....What goes up quickly without consolidation has a tendency to come down very quickly

Take a look at what other start-up Bios have done that are being recognized.........they are recruiting top notch members to join their team..........................What has PSTI done in that area? Give themselves more free options..........Then ask yourself what has PSTI BOD done for their shareholders?...........Oh thats right they make sure there are a bunch of shares hanging over our heads..........the ATM didn't work so they play another game...........tie a noose around the shareholders neck................BOD performance has been pitiful to say the least. Hey maybe WHAMI ZAMI will send another letter to the shareholders.

I am ready to start writting letters to the large holders asking for them to stand behind the science and demand a BOD change with Pay For Performance. No more free options until certain milestones are completed. If there were a deal in the works, and there might be, you and I both know it will only come with another dilution to present shareholders........

They are getting all their mfg. facilities ready to roll with no product release. Cart way in front of the horse. But hey they might pull a rabbit out of their hat........but I don't think they gotta hat.

Look up ZAMI, CEO since Sept. 2005 then look up the hundreds of thousands of shares he sells. PSTI is his personal piggy bank.. IMO he has Zero regard for shareholders.

9.64 would be in order............But hey this is gonna go where The Big Guns want it to go.

    On another thread.

"They may also be tryIng to prevent 10DMA from crossing the 20DMA. The last time that happened there was an approx. 33% upward move in about 2 weeks. From 6ish to 8ish." If a repeat it could propell NVAX to 12.66 area........

Guess what ?????? .......... We are crossing the bridge..........something is up they haven't drove it like this in a while espcially with such low volume.................Better hurry and demand....demand is going up and supply is going down.........pushing the pps up.......and up

I'll take 1% of the approx. 350k free options given up recently. Heck I didn't accomplish anything either. Guess we'll find out if they are already selling their options after the fact. ZAMI and his band of thieves must go..........

principal.........As I have stated here so many times before..........PSTI has about the absolute WORST management team I have ever seen. Volume drop off big time can't even generate 100k a day = no INTEREST. IR will not even return mail...........Looks more and more like the only thing they care about is themselves and how much money they can scam from investors. allo and akas U R on iggy no sense in responding. ZAMI and his Boyz club need to GO. Get somebody in charge that knows how to manage a start-up Bio. ZAMI and his crew are not the ones. He thinks letters to shareholders are the answer.........He is WRONG.........Institutions are avoiding this like it has the plague and IMO it is because of poor management. They are not to be trusted. Hate to see the science destroyed because of their STUPIDITY. They won't even investigate or acknowledge the manipulative trading.

IMO their heads are stuck in a very dark place and won't come up for air or try to see the light of day.

The congestion zone has been moving up. That tells me the buyer is willing to pay more as they can not find any quantity of shares at lower pps....... Yea they are gonna shake.....shake....shake for more shares. Just look at the 15 minute candles........Consolidation close to the top is always good it spells demand and strength and we are not far from the 9.83 top.

Good catch.........I almost put a dream buy in for 9.28 but didn't....... oh well I have some 9s in one account. I am with ya about the risk of missing the big move when it comes and I am confident it will. I'll leave the day trading to the day traders. I'll just watch the masters it is all in the Big Guns hands now. However given the right opportunity for me I will add more. When elephants are wrestling IMO it is best for the ants to watch out they don't get trampled. I do like the mid 9s consolidation it helps to support a larger move.

mtw.......agree may not be stops being taken.......and yea I think they are capturing day trader shares. Whomever this is sure has had mornings jumpy......... and great for day traders......To me says Big Interest and a fight for shares. I don't and won't day trade this........too much potential good news just around the corner.........all year long.... Yea I don't think we see a close at 10 or up until options expire. They may also be tryIng to prevent 10DMA from crossing the 20DMA. The last time that happened there was an approx. 33% upward move in about 2 weeks. From 6ish to 8ish.

I am very comfortable with what I have share wise but will always add to my position given the right opportunity.

  • surestockholmes by surestockholmes Mar 19, 2015 9:49 AM Flag

Stops taken again............You would think with almost 2 weeks of taking out stops these persons would learn. Unless perhaps the accumulator is taking out their own low share count stops?????? Just displays to me somebody out there in Stockland wants more shares..........

I think she is handling questions most excellent. Trying to set the Talking Heads straight. Especially the ones trying to push too quickly for rate hike. I think some of the Big Dollars were hedging on something more hawkish.....................IMO the heads were and are wrong...............They need to sorta speak.... get their boots on the ground..........................GREENIE gets a thumbs down by me............

Lookin like that last stop take out combined with the days low volume.............just might be that there are no more shares of any quantity to get in this zone...............gonna have to take her up a notch...................More shares into long term strong hands today.... But hey the big boys can flip it at any time..............they run the show here now.....I am just along for the ride........picking up as many pieces as possible along the way......
