Does Ivan receive his $200,000 bonus March 1st if they default?
He missed his restatement $200,000 bonus Jan 1st - correct?
Ya, he can probably get by on his back paid $500,000 a yr.

I think we are going to see some ugly numbers the end of March. Will they continue? What if they continue?
If we see a good boost by the 3rd quarter, their $80,000,000 current capacity at 10% x 40(hi bio multiplier)
would result in a $1.25 by years end. Probably wishing and make sure you don't miss the boat based on "dumper" Charles - "LOL" can already hear him.

Hopefully it isn't the same #$%$ we have seen for years with this group. Just before a garbage e-report,
they send out news on how great things will be in future. I expect the worst e-report ever from them.
Hope the new leaders aren't the same money grabbers as we have had in the past.

Bill knows his stuff(ha) - 259 million shares outstanding on a company this old that produces less than a million in revenue. I fell for it years ago, go for it and buy. Many old fools, like me, need the return. I am not bashing at all, just showing my lack of trust in HV.

I might be part of the problem! Having invetsed in AGFEED knowing the risk with China and people like Ivan.
I should have researched the history of both first. It would have told me they are Greedy Cowards and are very comfortable twisting everything in their favor. Compare to XM Radio - upfront and made all of us aware of the risk and what their efforts were. Some won, some lost and everyone knew to weigh the risk. AGFEED did nothing but PUMP for years - GREEDY COWARDS.

No pumpers please - what is the story? I have searched and found very little.

Are we looking at an orderly liquidation?

If Ivan BK's this one he will be known as the Bankruptcy KIng and will cost him any reputable job in future.
He might be ok with this at $500K per year.

I have been with this stock for years. Still has threats of trouble, bankers would have taken a stronger direction if it didn't see strong potential. Stock is going to jump for the next few weeks $2 or $3 possible.

Looks like a strong push will be coming for this. $1,000,000 plus the past week(or so) at .081.
It might bounce down before it makes the .097 look good - hopefully not a long wait.
