Somehow Amazon has mixed up addresses from your address book with the billing address for your credit card. Could be a huge snafu!!
Uhhh...did you know that you don't have to sell the stock you get when you exercise an option? This is especially true for people who believe that the stock may go up ; )
Doesn't it bother anyone, that while you are buying, these guys exercise very share they can at e.g. $8.75 and flip it out at $10.50 (or whatever.) If they really believed the stock would go to $15 or $20 someday, on the 20,000 or X shares they are flipping like this, they would be leaving a huge amount on the table just for the $1.75 gain. DOESN'T THAT BOTHER YOU?????? I wouldn't touch this with their own poles.
Aware is clearly no involved. We will have to rely on some of those back-door deals bringing in some "royalties"...
For the past week or two there has been a "motivated" seller; clear from the daily stock action. Could be someone is taking a profit, or needs $$ or just finds other, better opportunities. In any event don't waste your time looking at the price day to day (it is good to look at the company day to day!!) With their $.44 dividend, there is strong downside and the upside/downside ratio is one of the most favorable in small-cap land.
Stock has fallen on light volume and it appears there is one highly motivated seller who keeps tossing 2,000 share blocks on the pile everytime there is any kind of bid. Once that person is gone, my hunch is that this will creep back up to the $10+ level again. Business is booming in the countries they have major relationships in!
Do you want to make money or play with yourselves and your one vote?? Buy GE and make enough money so you can not care who is in the White House. Be a Capitalist and spend your time making money instead of posting pure BS on this board.
Stock goes ex-dividend on August 20, which means on the opening they will subtract $.11 from the August 19 closing price in order to determine the opening price.
You embarrass yourself. Short interest is less than 3 days and probably a good chunk of that is the residual of the arbitrage associated with the RMT which culminated in the stock swap. Buy mutual funds.
They have talked about "partners" and "joint ventures" but obviously there is no one else out there who seems to think that what they have is worthwhile putting $$ into as a "partner" so I agree they will probably make one more last ditch effort via a PIPE or similar kind of issue which will massively dilute current shareholders. I sold during the day and wasn't waiting to hear any more BS.
Karen bought most of her position several years ago, but was under a confidentiality agreement that expired last summer. After that expiration she added quite a bit (at favorable prices.) Her son is an "observer" on the Board of Directors. I would not really fuss too much over the day to day machinations of the stock or the quarter to quarter machinations of the earnings report. The CFO has gone out of his way many times to emphasize that they have a "lumpy" business and thus one should judge them over a year, rather than each quarter. So far they have delivered on their promises and at $11 this will still have a 4% yield, while owning a relatively high growth stock in a very nice niche, with management which has demonstrated repeatedly that they ultimately deliver for shareholders.
WSTL had a pile of $$ and pixxed it away screwing all of the "value" bagholders who buy stocks with piles of cash. Dog with fleas. Why would EVOL dilute/pollute its clean little niches with a rat's nest like WSTL??
He was head of Booz and then founded and developed Oliver Wyman. He is a Big Man on Campus. What is he doing with a pissant company like this unless he really sees something major in their future??
Reason for drop today was people looking at the 10-Q!!
If AWRE closes at $6.65 today, then it will open tomorrow at $4.90. Just so all are "Aware"
You clearly do not understand what happens when a stock goes ex-dividend. This has nothing to do with a "sell off" or fundamentals. The dividend is taken out of the stock price on the EX-Dividend day PERIOD. $1.75 will be subtracted from the close the prior day and that will be the opening price the next day. I am sure you will be the first on the boad with "What Happened"??
