Weather related in West Texas.power knocked out and pumping units couldn't run because of ice storms .MEMP had the same problem they reported on con call.Nat Gas was down because it was for November before the weather got cold.
Yesterday a joint landowners coalition that represents 70,000 people in 14 New York counties filed suit to force the state to allow fracking for natural gas.Ive never seen a governor in my life that lacks a backbone like this one does.New York is the lone holdout among states with huge reserves.Im not sure if DMLP is part of this suit but a victory would be a big windfall for owners of this partnership.
So much attention has been given to Cummings and Westport one sign of growth has been overlooked with Omnitek. They reported Jan 9 that 2014 would be a breakout year. They sell conversion kits that turn diesel into lng and cng trucks. One order from Europe plans to convert 2 million trucks over the next 10 years. They claim a 2 yr payback while a new truck has a 5 to 7 yr payback. This is just another sign CLNE is on the verge of massive growth over the next decade for those willing to sit tight and hold this stock.
Been holding CLNE for 4 yrs now but when I got in I knew it would be yrs before this trend became available for the long haul truckers and that's where the big bucks will come from.I ask my friends who drive trucks for a living and they tell me they are seeing more and more nat gas powered trucks along the road.Im like a lot of you Im hurt that the stock price has gone no where but Im still not gonna give up on CLNE yet.Read Google news and it seems everyday companies are getting off diesel and moving to cng and lng.
I have researched this trust to death and haven't found any negative to justify this low stock price. The Haynesville and all the shales in the Permian Basin could be huge drivers for growth going forward.I just don't see how the sale of units by the founders mattered. The only thing different I could come up with is all hedges disappear Dec 31 2013 but with nat gas at a 2 yr high and oil still over $90 this to me is a huge plus for NDRO to be unhedged going forward.I plan on adding more shares to what I currently own.
Kurt Wulff has forgotten more than Lizahaung ever knew.He says NDRO is valued at $17 and is a good buy and that's good enough for me.Hes been around a long time and is as well respected as anyone when it comes to oil and gas stocks. The shale that lies in their conventional fields is worth more than the current price of this trust.
