    Dude. 2 trades AH:

    16:14 $ 4.67 High 100
    16:00 $ 4.40 Low 285

With no volume, you can't really rely on the price. When there are no buyers or sellers for that matter. The drop today is nothing serious though. Still trading above all SMA

Well thats not too bad actually. If it was a scam, they would pump the stock, THEN issue some new shares, and these money would somehow be used in their RD department

If he is simply creating more revenue, to later satisfy the market with our own cell, that would be a genius move. Growth by aqcuisition without a cell - Though solar is a growing market, that is not a certain recipe for success, and other companies might do it just as good. Keeping my fingers crossed. After all, they still mention the cell sometimes

I like what they are doing, growth through acquisition, but remember one thing; SLTD's cash at the time could only be raised because of their promise of a new 3d cell. That is how they founded Sunworks at least. We paid for that, becaue we were told that they are on the verge of getting the new cell in production. Otherwise there would be no buyers, hence, no acquisition.

If I for a second stop being so biased, red bells starts to ring. Millions of dollars have been paid to our RD team; one man, over the last many years. What have this man showed us? Nothing. Except for a panel that seems to go in a calculator. Some theoretical numbers plottet in a chart.

Could they at least make a working prototype, set it up next to competetive panels from Panasonic etc? Get some readouts. If they can't publish certain detailed specs etc., fine - people can live with that, we dont wan't our tech stolen. I want to buy more shares, but the company moving attention away from the cell, tells me that it is not happening

Or maybe im just being paranoid, what do you guys think? I mean, if JN told us before Sunworks, that the cell was dead, the company would be almost dead as well

They will delute pps by issuing new ones. They have issued 160M of a total of 600M as i can read. Of course, they will be interested in doing this after a nice pump/rise in share price. So this is how these microcaps , OTC traded companies get new capital. That is why it's so damn important, that the company is for real, because in theory they can provide themselves with a nice salary for a decade, just keeping peoples hopes high

Lets hope they stop issuing new shares. We've got a market cap at around 70M$. If Solar3d becomes the next solar giant , with own patented cell technology, a market cap of what? 10-50 billion $ ? 50 billion is 714 times todays price. 10 000$ investment will be worth 7M$

True. With 'dead cell news' , stock will tank, but eventually it will climb back to same levels. As soon as SLTD (or what they might call themselves) shows stable growth and revenue. So long term... it's a good bet

Thats all very fine, and it could be a good businees for sure. Where is the cell though? This is the catalyst here. That would leave all competition behind. This is a NASDAQ listet stock now. I really hope JN have a good reason not to unveil anythin for so long

  • I have to admit, i don't really care about the market cap / pps right now. I bought this share to my pension account at 0,06$ - a long time ago. I bought it back then, not because of the business of installing and financing solar systems, but because of the potential in a new , more effecient and cheaper cell. I've followed Solar3d for three years or so

The lack of information regarding the cell is concerning. No doubt, that the Sunworks and MD energy may be profitable in itself - although i hope, that these small solar firms may be used to quickly distribute the new cell - And not being a way of leaving the cell behind

When do you guys think we will hear more from JN about the cell? I want to buy more Solar3d shares - if there is a cell - And I am not the only one fore sure

Where is this written ? What would this company be without it's 3d cell - Well nothing. They didn't spend much cash on Sunworks and MD energy, because they have never earned a honest dollar. New investors bought them, when buying newly issued shares., and they did because of the cell. Share price would tank. Solar3d might have to deal with uneasy investors. Especially if it has been known for a long time , that the cell is dead
