UNXL does not have real products. His plan is to promise good products and never keep his promise. He thinks most people are stupid and will believe his plans. Meanwhile during 10 years of company existence , he will be millionaire because of 700K salaries.

With this statement, the author is publicly alleging that Unipixel engaged in fraudulent activity. This is not something to take lightly. Authors who make serious legal accusations should be held to a higher standard than citing an anonymous former employee.
In some way, SA has overstepped the line by allowing this to be published. I have a feeling law suites will ensue. -

An article was released today that supposedly exposed Uni-Pixel as a "fraud," highlighting defects in the demo samples and quoting unnamed sources.
Upon closer inspection of one of the images, it is clear they have doctored the "Broken Lines" photo!

Before the agreement with UNLX , Dell engineers had tested and verifies its higher quality. Dell does not give a check for $5M before doing through testing. Anybody that sold today based on mere SA article is not a thinker.

The source in the Barrons article seems to be a UNXL executive. Why they have not respond to SA article today by a PR during the trading hours
