What is Sales Force's PE ? Please tell me !

Last year they lost .42 cents per share GAAP eps. If they had not executed a 4:1 stock split that loss would have been $1.68 per share. Now do you understand why they split the stock? Who would want to pay $262 per share of a company that is losing $1.68 per share, especially after being in business 10 years!?!? As I have said here before, this stock is a Ponzi scheme. The only reason it continues is because the SEC is completely worthless. This stock is manipulated on a daily basis, period. The MMs should be arrested.

I can help you with this question.
IF they had GAAP eps, (which they do not yet), but IF they actually did earn .01 cents per share then the current PE would be 6,559. A normal PE is about 20, growth stocks maybe 40. Of couse sine they have no GAAP earnings the PE can't be measured. So they question is when does the PE get DOWN to 6,559? Will they ever earn a profit? As of right now in reality the shares are worth $0.

In 2015-2020 you will see a huge slowdown in CRM growth as SAP CRM and Microsoft CRM will begin to steal customers away. I am already aware of some huge companies about to make the switch. Truth is Salesforce CRM product is just plain not that great. The Salesfarce problem is enterprise customers who use SAP for ERP and Microsoft for cloud apps (Office 365, etc) want a fully integrated solution. The latest SAP CRM is fully integrated with Outlook and Office 365, so you get a cloud based solution integrated with company internal infrastructure & ERP system. This is an IT Manager's wet dream. Salesforce is still a small third party application vendor in reality. When it comes to serious enterprise solutions it's just not that impressive or attractive.

It's shocking to me, not to mention downright criminal, that CRM and other companies are allowed to have all these analysts eps estimates splashed all over the internet (such as Yahoo) all in Non-GAAP. It is extremely misleading to the retail investors. Especially the absolute lie of Yahoo showing past eps in GAAP and future EPS in non-GAAP, so any newbie investor would be fooled into thinking this was a company about to have a 200% swing from negative eps to positive eps next Q. After watching this for YEARS now it is obvious this is an intentional scam, and Yahoo should be investigated by the SEC.

CRM reported a very unspectacular Q and got gapped up ridiculously, which is also an obvious MM dump tactic, and been so forever here. Sad the stock market has become so criminal, this used to be an honest market prior to 1996 when the bots took over. Machines have no conscience, so buyer beware!

BTW folks, there is still a huge gap at $45, and sooner or later it also will get filled.
