does this vote even matter? will something come of it?
lentz had more votez withheld and exec compensation was heavily voted down second year in row at meeting from filing. and nothing. seems odd so quiet.
Curious the votes in the 8k.
completely devoid of any interesting news or movement today.. was the shareholder meeting a snoozer or what now
maybe i should write on and on with subtle little mysterious things, portending that I know something but never actually saying anything
if i were anything more than a retail trader that wanted to see the likes of 14 a share again, i wouldn't be on this board
poison pill, new comp agreement... somethings obviously on his mind
ummm... missing something? its the shareholder proxy that's been out... meeting is end of this week
lots of content there about compensation and governance... perhaps apropo
Yeah short away at these levels all you want. How much cheaper do you think this thing can really get??
Maybe they gotta get clearer on articulating financials and internals of business. The strategy with the suite and sales seems clear as day.
However, they have these other internal churning in the business and on the call's I can't say I ever understand. If your legacy business recedes unexpectedly due to lowering marketing investments, you have to provide a little more clarity and maybe even warn.
The are clear that they are sticking the strategy and that is the right answer, but these are the types of events that cause leadership to get rotated out. Do something!
Not trying to pump, these are clearly stated facts. And I bought in at 12-15 so long on this thing. It was cheap even at those levels.
I wasn't even thinking that... so $41m in the bank and $189m in revenues - if no more adjustments but thats besides the point. And still reasonably good growth in decent market.
And you are telling that is worth $164m?
Someone has got to buy this company. Or something. The shorts in this have no business keeping there shirts, obviously some sick market dynamic at play.
Sentiment: Buy
makes NO sense. sorry.
And Vocus for $163M?
It makes now sense. iContact was barely breaking even too when they bought them, and not growing so much, so that isn't why.
Can someone explain this to me? You could buy this company for less than they make in revenue in 1 year.
Sentiment: Buy
Have faith. The CEO alone has repeatedly bought up around $15/share totaling out nearly $4 million over past year. He all but screams during conference calls that the strategy is getting traction and you can see the growth.
13 is holding up pretty well and volume climbing. Obviously someone out there knows this is low and is picking up anything folks will sell.
That's why they call it trading. Maybe you should go to a large cap.
This price is ridiculous. Minor revenue projection difference, and suddenly trading at a silly low. I am in and will continue buying up at these levels. 15-20 range has to come back, just look at revenue to market cap.
Sentiment: Buy
