You can check my posts for the last six quarters. I've said the same thing. It's time for this politically correct promotion CEO to leave. Get somebody in there that knows something.
You have to sift through the 8-k, there wasn't any good news in it. This line was especially troublesome to me - "The Company requires additional time to prepare information related to its ability to operate as a going concern and to provide such information to the auditors for the purposes of their audit of the Company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2014. "
I couldn't take the drama anymore with this company so I sold all my shares Wednesday.
There's no guarantee that NRZ would increase their dividend just because they are acquiring HLSS. If they don't you actually have less dividend money even with increased shares.
Interesting... The April 20 calls are bid at 15 cents with over 1000 contracts traded.
I hope all of you are correct since I own this stock also but nobody has sighted any fundamental stats that prove this is worth $20. A high dividend yield can always be decreased by a cut rather than an increase in price.
I surely hope you are correct. I'm so tired of the posters here telling us how HLSS is going bankrupt and we should sell, sell, sell. I hope all those jerks lose vast amounts of money if they indeed were short but I think most of them are just B/Sers and probably never bought a stock in their lives.
I said after the previous earnings report that Rometty must go. She is not up to the task of managing this company. Now this is two consecutive poor earnings reports. Find a new CEO quickly.
Hmmm... sounds like a disgruntled former employee to me. Darden was named to Forbes top 100 places to work four straight years.
I disagree, we have a Seasons 52 in Tampa. It's excellent. The problem with Darden is the CEO. He is a lawyer and economist, not a restaurant guy.
I ran a screen looking for high beta stocks and this company showed up with a 1.89 beta. That seems awfully high for an insurance company. Does anyone know why it's this high?
I've held this company for many years hoping something would come out of it. Now I fear the end is near. Less than a million in cash on the books. How are they going to run this company? The answer is - they aren't. Turn off the lights and shut the door.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
