Have had it since 2010 @ $ .95, couldn't sell because dropped below .01 and wouldn't even cover commission.
Now on the move again so cashed LNCO in, rolled into AERG to average down already recovered $750.00 of my LNCO loss. Good luck to all.

I believe if your 1099 shows misc income that means your broker lent your shares out to shorts who in turn have to pay the dividend not Morl.
As much as I hate it massive dilution is better than zero ( 0 ). Just hate it when CEO & SR mgt come out whole with new awards at our expense.
