1.The chance of another NG Act is next to 0 as you know Republicans voted it down twice. But yes it would help
2.Many States are already doing their share to promote use on NG through many grants and incentives and some municipalities are already purchasing only NG vehicles.
3.Ability to use CNG/LNG is easily achieved by Dual fuel conversions. Too expensive in the US compared to other parts of the world where they convert your car for 2k in a day.
4. A Carl Icahn IMO will not take a stake in a company that has already another tycoon who controls the majority of shares and has been unprofitable for the past ten years. This is not a seasonality issue . Remember CHK got out of CLNE for obvious reasons which were not the reasons given at the time.
5. A VTEC may be reinstated for another year in the fall/winter but this is a band aid that this management has used to support their lavish compensations.
6. A Buy out that would demand a 100% premium is highly unlikely.
7. Big Fleets UPS, FEDEX, USPS will have their own stations. Why pay Little and club millions when they can do it cheaper? Can they afford to be that competitive with that high corporate expenses?

credibility is always an issue especially when Q after Q they come up with an alibi, but the recent contracts announced seem to justify their thesis that not every Q they can predict accurate shipment of equipment. I believe they more than made up the credibility issue by just releasing one decent contract after another. So backlog is strong and Russia is not a problem for now. One day the MM/fat cats will decide that it's time to reverse course and upgrades will come along.
Flaring/wasted energy is becoming a big environmental and political big issue and CPST has the solution to turn the big waste into energy. The latest order of 75 turbines by energy producers is an indication that their product is viable to this industry. A $3 SP is not too far fetched by next year IMO.

And hence my opinion that"under any other well run company this stock would be double the SP" so while losing money under this management, it would be profitable under a responsible company by eliminating all the excess fat.

Stock lost 80% of its value, from one year ago. Is FWM to blame or the institution who brought it public at those elevated initial public offering? The shopping experience and the selection of food is better than some other supermarkets. Prices are competitive for the most part. Sales have kept up with the industry average. So. does it merit an 80% decline in SP or are those investment bankers toying with the orchestrated decline in SP?
The reality is that 6000 HD come from WPRT 6000 LD come fro FSYS other conversion companies are also contributing.....the number is growing slowly steadily, and un-noticeable. Positive overall for NG under the radar. The kinks with WPRT have been ironed out so ... it is an positive and increasing positive numbers to look forward . Will the street recognize the progress? It may very well be selective in endorsing the most deserving companies.
