When will the BOD get the message, or are they sharing the cookie jar?

Well Well Well then if CLNE wants to thrive to new highs then the whole club just need to stop supporting their republic affiliation and get on with the business of running an efficient and effective company! Boon and his cronies are double faced hypocrites.

Dreams and reality are two different cognitive beasts to battle, which one makes you sleep at night? I'm sure they are already thinking how they are going to secure another round of dilution to secure their bonanzas for future years. Remember Boon and his club has the majority vote! Retail shareholders never entered the EQUATION to share the fruits of this company but to PAY the expenses of this management.

Great insight Kaiser, The waiting game is still on.....it looks like that they may have to take some desperate measure as "Boon's" interests keep on piling
"from the current level of $0.30-0.35/gal towards traditional fuel margins of $0.15-0.20/gal" Marging may decrease BUT BONUSES due to volume MILESTONES are set to INCREASE. Go figure!

    Thanks

Dear gbwy3, thanks for the mention. These are all positive game changer but we have to be realistic in an economic and political environment that we live today.
1.The chance of another NG Act is next to 0 as you know Republicans voted it down twice. But yes it would help
2.Many States are already doing their share to promote use on NG through many grants and incentives and some municipalities are already purchasing only NG vehicles.
3.Ability to use CNG/LNG is easily achieved by Dual fuel conversions. Too expensive in the US compared to other parts of the world where they convert your car for 2k in a day.
    4. A Carl Icahn IMO will not take a stake in a company that has already another tycoon who controls the majority of shares and has been unprofitable for the past ten years. This is not a seasonality issue . Remember CHK got out of CLNE for obvious reasons which were not the reasons given at the time.
    5. A VTEC may be reinstated for another year in the fall/winter but this is a band aid that this management has used to support their lavish compensations.
    6. A Buy out that would demand a 100% premium is highly unlikely.
    7. Big Fleets UPS, FEDEX, USPS will have their own stations. Why pay Little and club millions when they can do it cheaper? Can they afford to be that competitive with that high corporate expenses?
Yes, other avenues as mobile CNG are encouraging, like the Pemboke station.
    8. So gbwy3, what is left as news that would be a game changer for CLNE?
Your No 6 is the only reasonable and IMMEDIATE positive game changer for CLNE and its shareholders.
This sector is too HOT, and for CLNE with so many customers to be unprofitable, is just a rigged EQUATION.

Guess what, I shorted last night when I heard that he was going to speak and covered this morning @ 9.73 for a 3.8% gain. Got to play their rigged game! He lost all credibility and he will not regain it unless he and the BOD does something drastic to enhance shareholders' value. His new trick of the EBITA get even IS NOT WORKING and the street is not buying it when most of the earnings go to pay interest for Boon and a barrage of highly paid executives to run a losing company for the past ten+ years. What a college saving plan for the future of American scholars it would have been! I bet their kids SP had an exuberant return! I want to see them put new money in it by the millions for all the millions they took in the past ten years.

Today is the justification for why buy FWM up 8.5% in the first hour. What changed? NADA

  • CLNE down 2% to 9.72 from before AH 10.10. What did I said. Shut your face and never allow this hypocrite to show his two fake faces. The street is telling HIM GET OUT. There is no more room for the CLUB running the company for their own enrichment!

NADA as usual. Why do they even bother interviewing him? Well he mentioned that FEDEX is in the testing stage as if CLNE is going to gain their business. He does not mention any longer UPS as if they are supplying their fleet but a more realistic TERM of DOZENS and DOZENS rather the 1000 LNG to hit their station.
Phony, selfish, unreliable, political charlatan. Undeserving of attention from shareholders who he has let down to enhance his/their selfish own agenda. That tarnished image may never be regained!
    Co-author of the RIGGED Plan!

Supply and demand will justify fair price increases, and I believe they are going toward that direction.

Seems to boil down to credibility issue...

    by lampdrake Aug 21, 2014 5:31 PM

credibility is always an issue especially when Q after Q they come up with an alibi, but the recent contracts announced seem to justify their thesis that not every Q they can predict accurate shipment of equipment. I believe they more than made up the credibility issue by just releasing one decent contract after another. So backlog is strong and Russia is not a problem for now. One day the MM/fat cats will decide that it's time to reverse course and upgrades will come along.
Flaring/wasted energy is becoming a big environmental and political big issue and CPST has the solution to turn the big waste into energy. The latest order of 75 turbines by energy producers is an indication that their product is viable to this industry. A $3 SP is not too far fetched by next year IMO.

"on CLNE & here's why: Company was not set up to make money It was setup to capitalize on a
trend & to reward mgt. - period. Yes, it can be turned around but not with the prevailing philosophy."
I totally agree with the above statement, as I have been expressing that sentiment on this board for years. And hence my opinion that"under any other well run company this stock would be double the SP" so while losing money under this management, it would be profitable under a responsible company by eliminating all the excess fat.
A buy out is the best scenario for shareholders.

Stock lost 80% of its value, from one year ago. Is FWM to blame or the institution who brought it public at those elevated initial public offering? The shopping experience and the selection of food is better than some other supermarkets. Prices are competitive for the most part. Sales have kept up with the industry average. So. does it merit an 80% decline in SP or are those investment bankers toying with the orchestrated decline in SP?

The reality is that 6000 HD come from WPRT 6000 LD come fro FSYS other conversion companies are also contributing.....the number is growing slowly steadily, and un-noticeable. Positive overall for NG under the radar. The kinks with WPRT have been ironed out so ... it is an positive and increasing positive numbers to look forward . Will the street recognize the progress? It may very well be selective in endorsing the most deserving companies.
