The last 5 trading days have all seen volume numbers of greater then 4 million shares. Over the last 20 trading days only 2 other days other then the last 5 did the volume hit 4 million or more. My guess is something must be coming up very soon.
I don't think entire price, but I think increments of dollars not the current cents. Al is in the drivers seat and here is why: 1)He has a product that if approved will change the way diabetic care is administered. 2)During negotiations it is extremely doubtful he will be negotiating with anyone who has more life experience and business experience then he has. 3)He personally does not need the money and will not jump at the first thing offered. 4)He has been at this juncture before with products. 5)The big pharms(insulin dedendent) who do not get in the partnership will see their market shares crumble.
I assume a lot of phone calls are being made and a lot of funds are being transferred. It would not surprise me to see a 200 to 300K plus share block go across and then we are off to the races again.
Take a look at DOW chemical in 2009 or APPL through the years and many, many other stocks and you will find that they recovered just fine from what appears to be manipulation looking at their charts over the years.
I would not be so sure about Al hating manipulation. If you had a billion dollars and had as many shares as Al has and you wanted your friends to get in on the next "BIG Thing" in Diabetic care, would you mind the price hovering at 5 bucks as long as it has?
The "Market" is playing with the uncertainty of the time line to profitability and hence the daily wide fluctuations in price ranges. The telling story though is to take a look at the volume pattern over the years. There is an interest in the shares.
The demand for the products are there. The revenue growth path is there. The time frame at which profitability will be achieved is dependent upon productivity issues/cost cutting which Richard A. Karp, one of Envivio, Inc's. (ENVI) largest outside individual shareholders owning approximately 3.8% of the Company's shares outstanding highlighted in his quest to obtain a more influential position. If his voice was heard(and I think it was), then we will achieve profitability in the not so distant future. The time line at which management began to make some management changes can be seen by looking at the historical press releases.
They could partner with Taco Bell and each suppy of Mary Jane could come with coupons for Taco Bell so that when you got the munchies you would go to Taco Bell and use your coupons.
Getaclue, If what you say is correct how does the price drop from 8 to below 5 in the same time frame the institutional investors increase their holdings by 16.6 million shares and only decrease their holdings by 5.6 million shares? If there is a net 11 million more shares purchased how is that an example of the market selling on the news?
Being a Billionaire has its advantages and if approval comes in April a partner will have to concede more and more as the time goes on. I think I am not the only one thinking this as I see the institutional holdings quickly on the rise. Th daily charts also show nice volume action on the price dips.
Price rises early after open 5 to 10 cents, 20 to 30 minutes later price drops around 10 cents. Not a bad plan wound be to sell early at open then buy back within the hour and get a 15 to 20 cents per share gain.
