It seems everyone discounts your opinion. If there were a universe of companies out there why are you not there instead of wasting your time here? Are you doing us a favor by being here. Your philanthropy? These are very direct questions that you could answer with coherent explanations.
As you are sober, smart, informed, an academic, and invested, I have a question to ask. It may even be a worthy paper. Recap: Offhand I started with UAMY in 2011. Attended the meeting, went to Mexico, bought into Denton's Kool Aid. There came a point when Denton was all hyperbole and many of us who know him stopped believing. We have the best this, the most wonderful that. When the gas gets hocked up, all will be well. Then we got leases that would make us a powerhouse. Etcetera. I have stopped tracking all the wonderfulness. I think/hope Bert has done a decent job of bringing in new investors. This is a guess. That he has turned off the oldsters in the process is a different story. At 60 cents I banked on MU and OPK. And made big money on AAL. UAMY is an after thought. And a huge disappointment. At 60 cents we were right back at the beginning. Bottom line, and would love your help. What's going on? What do we own, what do we lease, where are the smelters, what looks good, what is with China. In other words what do you know? Is this all a small con job? We all think John Lawrence is a genius CEO when bigger men are on the bread lines. But has he also bought into Denton's #$%$. What are the assets, what are the liabilities, what are the prospects? There used to be posts that John should sell out. Grupo Whatevero. Don't see those either. If you can construct an evaluation, I will certainly buy a copy. Best, Peter Schleger
