If Pfizer India is who PVCT does a deal with it would make sense that no MOU was issued....
Why give your competition advanced warning in terms of what you plan to do. Just saying......

Thank you very much for your email. We are far more bullish on our prospects with PV-10 and PH-10 than ever before, which of course is clearly not reflected in PVCT stock price. And we know from our interactions with FDA and Big Pharma that we are being taken very seriously. Personally, I believe our time for durable, widespread and mainstream recognition is very close.
Clearly, starting PV-10 phase 3 for melanoma, moving forward with PV-10 for liver and combo, and even breast and other cancers, and PH-10 mechanism work we mentioned is coming next month along with ongoing Moffitt MOA PV-10 work, are all tremendous signs of progress this year and into early next.
I do agree the Shareholder Base has been very patient and “long-suffering” and I for one believe the stock should be much much higher even now.
I will take your email to heart and discuss at length with our Investor Relations firm tomorrow am to see if we can help out more now ahead of news, although we do expect news even still this month.
Thanks much again for your email and confidence in us. I strongly believe we will all be richly rewarded for our patience.
Best regards, Pete
The MOU provides that "the parties agreed that PV-10 is an advanced innovative drug representing the oncology research trend worldwide, [which] will provide extensive economic and social benefits to [the Chinese] market."
Maybe Sinopharm has seen something you have not???
Make sure you read the last page....Dr. Ross talks about why PV-10 is superior to all the other drugs including T-Vec.....Sorry to burst your bubble....http://eorder.sheridan.com/3_0/app/orders/3442/article.php#318/z
Bashing PVCT....Come on dude everyday like clock work.
So who do i listen? Dr. Ross who was jumping out of his seat in the video pimping pvct and Dr. Webber saying "perfect"?
Do i stick with the mgmt who spent 2 Million to exercise stock exercised over the last 10 months.?
Or do I listen to Dr. NTTG? hmmmmm.... tricky decision.

My Email to Pete
My email to Pete. I'm really hoping for information prior to Dec 31.
Pete, Hope your recent travels went well! In the last press release regarding the extension of the Chinese MOU, there seemed to be conflicting guidance that I hope you can help clear up. The MOU was extended 6 months, but the press release also stated that there was hope that negotiations would be completed in a couple weeks which many of us thought meant we were close with the contract. If not for the two week comment, I would have taken my losses for the tax year and bought back at the 31 day period. I know you can’t say a lot, but is there any plan on updates (good or bad) on the Chinese contract this month? Thanks, Joe
Hi Joe, you’re correct, I can’t comment publicly on this topic until we communicate as a Company. However, we are eager to communicate info this year for sure.
Thanks and best, Pete
Listen to the video at 3MIN in...... Ross says" ".... You tell me...... Maybe enhanced regression???? with a tiny tiny tiny amount of PV-10
3 minutes into the video..... ross mentions new study.... then mentions pd1 which pv-10 just did a combo mouse study with along with Anti pd-1 and CLTA...... PV-10 did best with pd-1 vs anti pd-1 and CLTA....
The study that was posted by Moffitt on Oct 8th or so mentioned that PD1 did the best in combo with PV-10....... So a week later they did this video....... Then Ross mentions pd1 in combo with an intra-lesion drug did best.... Yes im pretty sure he was talking about the moffit data since PV-10 did best with PD! compared to the other immunotherapies.
