Also MGMT and Board Members have been exercising options and buying private placement stock for the last 5 years???? Yes, they are paid well in years past but now the salaries are 500K per year. I think one of the 4 has 7M plus shares.... Up 42 Million bucks and didn't sell..... Had a couple of days from 3 and the run up to 6 to cash in a ton of stock... Pretty impressive rally looking back especially with the Overhang of 50,000,000 options weighing on the stock.
DVAX is a Nasdaq listed security.... Think Patents and change in the FDA with BTD now available. Maybe Billy you should ask yourself why didnt mgmt with 20 Million shares haven't sold one share with the price run up from 1-2-3-4-5-6..... hmmmmmm. I will sell my stock when they start to sell...
The PEP CEO said they have been looking at this for 12 months as 6-7% of CSD Volume vanished in North America along with Volume declines in Europe. Maybe just maybe they will announce something on the Soda earnings call like GMCR.... That would be nice....
Burgh how can you say that when the CSD volume for PEP is going down Mid single number for the last 2 years.... Maybe it 7% a year.... That's a mid single number.....
It's a BIG problem and missed opportunity.... You can't do NOTHING and except a 6% decline every year.....I think my math is off but 6% down off each years previous base....
is 12%..... If Pep does nothing then they will be down 18% in CSD Volume in the USA.... THEY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING....... 18% of Volume pales in comparison to just making the PEPSI STEAM deal....
The NEW factory makes this a NON Issue by the end of the year.....
