the systemic effect of this drug and wants it approved. They know about the bystander effect along with effects on tumors down stream. Along with NO side effects. Just a couple of hoops to jump through but who knows maybe we will see a bid before we know it.

FDA "Yeah will put in the Label that it can only be used for Melanoma tumors on the skin but the Dr.'s will start using in combination with all the other drugs that are available. " Also FDA went out of their way so the other Drug companies don't get too scared; when they said, " and our inability to determine the clinical significance of the reduction in the size in one to 10 target lesions in patients with locally advanced melanoma, who may have additional untreated cutaneous, subcutaneous, or visceral sites of disease." PVCT "OK FDA like you said back in the minutes in January only for Melanoma confined to the skin."

AF writes about PV-10 being obsolete but the problem is for the Drug Companies that some of their drugs maybe come obsolete or used less.

AF should be brought to task for his one side journalism. AF is making believe that ALL PV-10 can do is shrink tumors and provides NO other benefit that a scalpel can't handle...Maybe Adam should pull up the video of the Old Man who would have had a hacksaw taken to his face if it wasn't for PV-10. Along with the man who would loose part of his arm if it wasn't for PV-10.

as usual never talks about the data.

  • In simple words, PV-10 is a simple dye and people are using since 100 years. Most important thing about this dye or RB is that, RB only penetrate into cancer cells as inside of cancer cells having acidic pH. But RB can not penetrate the normal cells as there is no acidic pH in normal cells. Cancer cells multipy very fast and for that they are utilizing carbon dioxide for their respiration and make pH acidic.Once RB enters into the cancer cells it's deposited in lysozome and burst lysozome and kill cancer cells. And Once RB destroy these cancer cells, these necrotic material stimulet the entire immune system to fight against the cancer. To stimulate our immunity, RB has to be injected into the cancer tumor. Now this simplicity with efficiency attracted me towards the drug and transperancy of the mgt as whenever I tried to talk to the mgt they were there to answer, attracted me towards the co. Now These 3 scientists have found out this simple mechanism and this could be a big revolution in near future.Big pharmas know the potential of PVCT and PV-10 better than you and me. That's why their reps are on BOA. Show me a single small biotech co having these many BOA from big pharmas? Big pharmas know PV-10 works. But at the same time they fear about their bussiness after PV-10 approval. Due to that reason we see this SP. PV-10 is totally a different approach to treat the cancer pts with minimum side effects and without any complications like surgery, chemo and radiotherapy. And no need for hospitalization. This is a revolution!! But it will take some time because it's not invented by big pharmas and only 3 scientists of small town have invented this revolutionary treatment. But I strongly believe that sooner or later TRUTH will come out to entire WORLD..

  • Speculating after listening to conference call and looking at all the Options exercise (1.2) Million over the last 10 weeks. It appears to me that initially after submitting BTD with all the Options exercise that BTD was in the bag. Then after listening to the call it appears that Eric was worried recently they didn't provide enough data between OR and Systematic endpoints.

Then on May 19th just this past Monday, Scott exercised again with a closing price of 3 bucks. Scott new that Eric was worried but went ahead and exercised options anyway a week before they were set to expire. I think they have an immediate backup plan that will increase the share price. Again just speculating.

  • Mu money is on BTD along with CLEAR and short path to market.... So all this talk is nonsense if you believe that Wachter is not crazy. Just my 2 cents.

  • September 2013 saying: "I think the drug has some serious potential as an immune modulator, and would be very interesting to combine with checkpoint inhibitors."

May 2014 "It also provides a rationale for combination trials of PV-10 with check point protein inhibitors, such as ipilimumab, pembrolizumab and nivolumab. PV-10 might offer the perfect way to prime the immune system”

Why would Scott exercise warrants on May 19th when the stock closed at 3 bucks? If they knew they were not going to get BTD??? Why would Wachter exercise 600,000 options on March 20th that don't expire until 2021 if the decision was going to be negative? Why would Scott and Culpepper exercise 500,000 warrants total in April if the decision was going to be negative?

Why did wachter by 666,666 units a private placement last year if this was not going to work out along with Culpepper buying 135,000 units in a private placement... Why would the BOD KOE buy into a PVT placement last year of 100,000 UNITs???

The stock went to 6 bucks and just recently 3.50.... These folks were up 300%---600% plus on their investments and NO insider sales.,.

  • ... Why the Obsession?

I don't think NTTG is getting paid.... Just has a bone to pick with mgmt for some reason...

  • Nice..... looks like this will be a piece of cake and India will be proclaiming to the world they are starting to reign in Melanoma and Liver Cancer....

  • Must be a good sign....

    PVCT has a suprise

It just that I think Eric was very confident initially when they sent the BTD response since he exercised 600,000 options 6 years early but according to the conference call began to worry they didn't have enough data between OR and systemic endpoints.... E

Even with all this worry Scott went ahead and exercised a week early...... knowing that it could come back not so good... They have to have something again just speculating... Scott had until Wed this week to exercise those options. Maybe if they got a positive response with BTD they were going to announce SOMETHING ELSE... Since they got the negative response they are waiting to announce it after they had a chance to address the BTD no go announcement.

  • These PVCT 4 were not exercising options 6 years ahead of time because they were relying on the FDA..... Come on people....Some deal with $$$$$$$ will happen very soon IMO....

  • Presentation statements about PV-10 by Moffitt Cancer Center's Dr. Vernon Sondak on Friday, June 27th at the 4th European Post-Chicago Melanoma Meeting.

    1. Simple to store, handle and use and reuse

    2. Modest local toxicity and minimal to no systemic toxicity

    3. Rapid and complete induction of necrosis/antigen release in injected lesions

    4. Excellent healing of the injected site after tumor necrosis

    5. Reliable and reproducible induction of regional and systemic immune effects capable of destroying occult tumor cells, "bystander lesions" and distant metastatic lesions regardless of prior treatments

They rejected because it was based on Phase 2 data and didn't have the exact metrics. FDA is a stickler for metrics instead of common sense.

I'm sure PVCT has plenty of pictures of folks loaded with lesions and the after PV-10 picture and all the lesions are gone. But that is common sense and logic but the FDA again wants the metrics in writing and scientific format not pictures.

Maybe he can discuss how it would be better that the Old Man in the PVCT video had his faced hacked off along with person that had their arm saved... He truly is a Gem.

thats a 125k ploy... the bigger ploy was the 980k ploy by wachter,,,, then dont forget the 500k ploy by the other guy.

  • Once PV-10 has been FDA-approved, I expect that caring oncologists will increasingly inject all melanoma with PV-10, in order to stimulate immunity, even if surgical resection of the tumors is planned. I expect that the eventual acquirer of Provectus will one day run a trial comparing Stage 1 and 2 melanoma patients' disease progression (or lack of it) comparing those who only had surgery with a group of patients who had PV-10 injections 2 weeks before surgery.

I latch onto insider's exercising options six years early. Along with putting $900,000 plus of their own money at risk when they didn't need to do at all.Just saying....
