Tell the world that it will be tested at XYZ location so everyone would concentrate on catching an early look there... then test it elsewhere! Any quesses where "elsewhere" might be?
A CEO who has suffered under short attacks could do a lot of punishing by....... showing earlier than expected just after the shorting rules get tightened up Friday!
Any other thoughts on this situation?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
or he would be buying as many ERBB shares as possible as fast as possible to cover for his coming losses.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
A lot of people seem concerned about ERBB's share count and the possibility of a reverse split(s). If you read the stated mission on their website they state that they intend to develop each component of their business AND SPIN IT OFF. Splitting these shares up over five or six spinoffs looks like a reasonable plan, especially since they have already stated that there are no plans for a near term reverse split. Could we discuss these components to get a better understanding as to the probability of this happening? Should such spinoffs be viable ERBB could become an outstandingly valuable long term investment.
Would like to hear your guesses as to the impact of this report on stock prices Thursday and Friday.
After a weak attempt to recover I'm changing my guess to DJIA to14930 with S&P 500 to 1665.
This is an interesting market segment. It's probably my imagination but it appears that clusters of investors are rotating their money around from 2-3 MJ stocks that were getting some PR to the most recent 2-3 stocks getting the most current PR. This back and forth investing could be understood/misunderstood and cause rational/ irrational investing choices. Any thoughts?
After a little research I find that Brown and Williamson has been preparing branded MJ entries for years and that while RJR claims to have no interest they in truth have major efforts ready, The first big tobacco company to acquire a company like ERBB, with the ability to select customers by age, 21+, can strategically control the market by slowing or preventing the others from entering the market.
ERRB's management needs to surge this share price as fast as possible to get in front of this so they don't get taken over cheap. For that reason they must rush their rollout and provide as much good PR as possible. I would not put it past the big companies to payoff MMs and "negative board posters" to try to hold down any price surge or large share accumulations as long as possible while they "aggregate their fecal matter". Just my opinion so other opinions would be appreciated.
Possibly MDBX because their unit is now obsolete. Highly probably MO, Phillip Morris because they need the ERRB secure 21 vending units as part of their MJ cigarette rollout. They then could prevent other big tobacco brands from getting the units or acquiring ERBB which could really screw up their plans. Any other acquirers come to anybody's mind?
