Some of the newbies should check the history of how the company has financed itself over the past 20 years or so and find out how the outstanding stock increased from 9M to 24M during that time span. The fact that they have no debt, in spite of continuing losses each and every year from operations over this period, may shed some light of how it was done. Of course if they can't figure it out, ask me. No dilution, are you kidding.

Now this is desperation. Issue 31M shares to make a 10K payment to someone. Who in the hell would take them.

Threespeech and Bard: I think that I got it figured out. This sloane guy is either montuno after his conversion, or he is the son of our ceo who was recently hired to publisize spd on social media. IMO these can be the only reasons that he still not have a clue.

I understand threespeech. Together we could write a best seller. And to think that we are still here hoping that it may happen.

My problem is that I may not have enough years left to worry about what you are proposing. I believe that they are at least tweaking their patents to a point where they will last for a longer period . The mention that they have over 400 patents is just another joke. I believe that one of the biggest problems is that all of their eggs are in Hitachi's basket. Hitachi is a great company and, regardless of what anyone may say, it is they that brought spd to the point that it could be comercially produced and they are doing a great job in supplying the film. But Joe has said for years that other film suppliers are close to being ready to supply film, starting with Isoclima a number of years ago. Of course since Isoclima never did come through he changed his tune a year or so ago stating that Isoclima is not a film producert but a glass company.

I could go on an on, but you have been here long enough to know what I am getting at. We supposedly have roughly 40 licensees, but how many of them have actually produced any sales at all. No more than four or five. Unless they find a way to reduce the price of the film I am afraid architectural will be way out in the future

I only hope that the s class comes through and because of its price range it should, and maybe, just maybe, if one of the other OEMs see that it is successful they will join in the parade. If this happens we may still have something.

I would absolutely be in favor of it. You know that if there is a favorable settlement management will figure out a way to take their cut out of it and it's about time that they recognize that this is a public company and they have shareholders who have put up with their antics for many years.

The company has enough cash on hand to get them through the next couple of years and hopefully the s class will produce enough income to get them at least close to breaking even. Therefore they should be able to distribute a substantial portion of any settlement to their long-suffering shareholders. Will they without coming up with some excuse why they should not is another question.

I understand exactly what you are talking about. We know how this outfit operates from many years of experience and understands why no one believes. BTW, 2 seconds to 4pm dropped the price by .05. Unbelievable.

Not to worry. At least we now know how much attention to give any of his posts.

On another matter, have you ever watched the price action on this stock during the last couple of seconds before the market closes. Yesterday was one in our favor as the price went from down .08 to up .04 at one second to 4pm on my TDAmeritrade board. Just about without fail it drops a penny or so during the last 1 or 2 seconds from the close. What does this tell you about the markets.

Thanks threespeech. The guy doesn't have a clue and I only hope that he does not have to go through what we have over the past 20 years because if he does, we will have to also.

Lester, up until now I enjoyed reading your responses and your enthusiasm about the stock. But when you hear some facts that you do not particularly like, and of all things you call me a short, then I have nothing but contempt for your stupidity.

Yep, I have waited for over 20 years for the things that you continually say are happening, and which I had expected to happen year after year, but I am still waiting.

I would be partially satisfied with your position if you would point out just one thing that management said would occur during just the last couple of ccs that in fact did. Thanks.

I have been in this stock for over 20 years and all we have ever heard from management is same ole, same ole. During that time the o/s has tripled and the company has never come close to making a profit. And yet management and insiders continue to receive obsene bonuses and options every year. Last year the ceo's income alone amounted to roughly 75% of total income for the year. The ceo continually states that they are working with oems that produce 92% of high end vehicles, but yet they have infiltrated roughly 2% of this market. When are they ever going to make progress or, heaven forbid, a profit to justify this raping of the stockholders.
