The courts are set up for appeal after appeal. Even if VHC wins an award from AAPL, it will likely be 2-4 years before they would ever collect it. VHC would clearly be bankrupt by then. It's pretty much a no-win situation for VHC and the shady CEO who runs it.
I wouldn't waste my time logging into the IV site. Nothing but a pumpfest over there, led by idiots like yourself trying to con more money from any naïve investors that might visit. By the way, where's all the deals?
With end of year close, I would imagine that KL is strictly focusing on the amount of his bonus. Forget about deals and Gabriel and all that other nonsense. Let's get down to what this guy is all about, his bonus. I would think he's shooting for the stars this time around as he was able to keep his worthless stock above $1. He must see this as a major coup. Let's see how much is able to get from his investors this year.
He's probably shopping for another jet and 49ers luxury suite as we speak. Who would have thought VHC could stay above zero this long, yet this CEO has kept it there. This guy is a tremendous CEO to keep VHC at these levels. Shorts will likely vote him a record bonus, that's for sure.
That's a great accomplishment. This guy has pulled the wool over investor's eyes for almost 6 years now, but he still convinces them to hang in. Surely he deserves another huge bonus.
Where's that rumor circulating, in your toilet bowl?
Oh yes, they can't give their junk away, but they're going to earn 15 million. How are they going to do that, lease the sky box if the 49ers make the playoffs?
Someone is continually selling the past few days and I'm sure KL thinks he's in line for a much bigger bonus than what he got last year. Let's face it, he probably negotiated a good deal on his 49ers luxury suite, so I'm not sure longs could give him a big enough bonus for doing so. Look at the money he must have saved them if he negotiated something down from list price. Also, he didn't spend as much time on the jet per the 10Q. This man deserves mention for CEO of the year, let alone a monstrous bonus.
golf, I believe it's the CEO who could write a book on how to destroy a stock. This guy hasn't done anything he's promised. You may say that's because Apple fought him all the way and he can't sell anything because of that. How about all the money he's given himself in bonuses, his family paychecks, a jet and a 49ers football suite. Did you know you were investing in all that? This guy ended up being a complete fraud. He was out to take investors money, not make it for them. That's pretty clear.
wine, instead of complaining about the board and how sad you claim it is that VHC got the shaft in the courts, why don't you focus on their CEO? The guy has done nothing but lie to investors for the past 6 years. He accomplished just about nothing that he said he would and he has filled his pockets and his family's pockets with your money. Why don't you focus on the actual problem, rather than some message board. This guy can't give his prized technology Gabriel away in an Apps store for free. See the situation for what it really is. You've been conned out of your money and you think you need to place the blame where it doesn't belong. The blame is this CEO who lied to you for years and you fell for it.
I've never seen more nonsense in my life. Anyone with only a small portion of their brain left would know VHC has absolutely nothing that anyone wants. Yet here is this clown, clogging the message boards, posting that someone might actually pay for this Gabriel junk that the company can't even give away in an Apps store. Time for everyone to put this most likely VHC paid fool on ignore.
Why would any short want to cover a stock that has to go to zero. Where do you think a company is headed that can't sell anything?
They can't even give the junk away. How do you propose anyone might pay for this garbage? You just keep funding KL's bonuses. One day he might thank you for it.
Nobody is buying millions of shares, especially the shorts. Volume is anemic. If anything, the shorts are adding to their positions of this miserable failure.
Yes, it appears time to jump on the short bandwagon. This company has no answers right now.
Do you mean spend less because they give the junk away in an Apps store?
