No, no, please don't do it. You can't do this to yourself. Are you thinking only of yourself? We must stop you somehow; you can't just leave us here to grieve over you.
There, I went against your wishes. I tried to talk you out of it. But anyone who replies to himself three times was already a lost cause. Buy in tomorrow emprotech58. You know you want to. O, btw watch out for another 150:1 split that will surely come later this year. They're nasty they are. They don't leave you with many shares either. Go on, you can't resist buying in can you? That's why GC is still hanging in there.
stockharolds and hawksboston are realistic. hotstockpick~ you are the only one spouting a rumor. fdafgdd~ Gerald can't pursue anyone because there are no interested buyers. If there were it would have been some pharma that would have purchased this company outright 2 years ago. Also, if all the assets were so valuable why didn't other companies purchase the rights to them before GC? I for one am holding my paltry 2,500 shares that was reduced to that after GC's infamous 150:1 reverse split. Before the split I had averaged in until I owned a little over 300k shares. Now I am holding forever or, so it appears.
sam_iam10~ I truly hope that u have success. If you do that will mean that I will salvage some of my investment.
Wrong! Wrong! And more Wrong!!!! Just old delusionals hoping that this does what you said before GC does a repeat of before; further dilution followed by another reverse split and then more toxic financing. Of course, that will be followed by another drop right back to where it is now. Wash, rinse, repeat!
Btw, I would probably categorize myself as one of the delusionals the first time around. I thought I was doing the smart thing by averaging down, buying an extra 100k shares at around .07. Once I had accumulated a modest amount of shares, (309k), GC pulled his famous "RS into strength" and now the rest is history. I went from 309k shares to around 2,500. Do you honestly think there is any reason he won't repeat this again? He is making a tidy salary off of the common share holders. Like others have pointed out here, he will most likely extract every penny he can to keep his lavish life style and then file for BK. He has not been credible yet, why would he ever be anything else?
"and know this is a goodbye"; ............Hahaha I love the little slip in spelling but, O how appropriate. Not so sure on how intelligent people are to buy at this point, but you are correct. They will know that it is "goodbye" to their money.
Hahaha, of course we are. Wasn't that the plan? O, wait a minute. Did we up list and then immediately drop from $7.00 per share down to .12? I guess people are not a very good judge of true value huh? Well no worries, GC and his new cohorts will have us back up to snuff in no time.
(tongue-in-cheek humor) here.
What happens when three desperate companies collaborate their intellectual endeavors? If it is three loser companies that join together for the common good the answer is simple. Loser Co #1 + Loser Co #2 + Loser
Co #3 = Three times the diluted shares and still no products that any other company has ever wanted to purchase.
That being the case, how would you explain why a top-tier partner never developed 2 years ago when everyone said the same thing?
Exactamundo friend. I think most people don't like to openly admit how much they have lost on this Gem, (pun intended), but I will. Since the reverse split I have lost nearly $23 thousand. I share this to help people make a serious choice. It was a choice that I made because I always thought that the things GC was saying about the fabulous pipeline were going to come true, and that all of us investors add a legit chance of making some big returns. Yes it is a big risk; we all know that, or at least we should. But I can honestly say that I had rose-colored glasses on. I think we are so deep in debt that the only thing GC cares about now is collecting his salary. When I first invested over 2 years ago several people were saying what a honest and reputable man GC is, and that he is totally motivated to helping people that have debilitating health problems. Perhaps he started out that way. But he got in way over his head. He reminds me of people that keep remortgaging their homes just to have the immediate gratification to use the extra equity to buy a fancy new car. Sooner or later the Piper has to be paid. In GC's situation he continues to use unsuspecting and uninformed newbies to pay the Piper. More RS ahead? Most likely. More dilution? Most likely. More losses for the average investor?
The supposed worth of ESS is the same story that GC touted for every product in our pipeline. Ask yourself one question. What is the combined worth of the pipeline? And remember, that includes ESS. The answer is zilch.
us one more day from testing .12 cents again. Load up tomorrow pumpers. We were only delayed from hitting .12 for a day. It will surely come tomorrow.
ipat~ I truly believe what you said. But when you are a long term bag-holder like me and the R/S takes most all your shares, plus not much money left from the initial investment, then in my case it is to late to take the money and run. I'm happy for you that you sold for a sizable profit and then bought back in again. All I can do is sit and wait for a miracle. And that ain't going to happen.
With all that he has taken from shareholders you can bet that he has bought into a gated community with plenty of SECURITY!
