Considering the very bad experience I had with SCTY their poor financial performance does not surprise me. The handling and processing of the solar system set up on my house was very inefficient and unsatisfactory. The installation was actually good but everything else from pre-sales, design, post sales and support have been very poor and unprofessional. After 4 months I still have issues. I believe they have grown too big too fast without proper training of the personnel. I will not refer them to any friends and family. I was going to buy SCTY shares but thanks god I did not after my very bad experience.
As of this morning LRE is not listed and is swapped for NRE shares. I have not seen VNR shares in my account but should be soon. I believe VNR should realize significant synergy and cost reductions with the acquisitions thus able to survive the low oil/gas prices. VNR should be up to 10 or so in a few months.
SUNE has crashed lately, partially due to the right reasons but It is overdone. Many people don't understand the business model of SUNE. Imagine Amazon a few years ago. SUNE will be a behemoth clean energy company a few years from now. It is a great bargain at these prices.
Will it be advantageous for the shareholders for this deal to be abandoned or outbid the Chinese buyers? What if CY abandons it and wait for possible rejection of the Chinese deal by the US DoJ and SEC? Then come in and scoop ISSI up and lower price?
Where did you get the $25 price target? $25 was when SWIR was an unknown entity. Now with huge growth in all fronts and possibly $2 earnings next year this should be over $40. It will get back to that no later than end of the year. I'll take 25% gain any day.
